Bought a nice 7 seater car the best 1 i saw and i seen a few in different garages cracking car very pleased will buy from riverbank motor company again.
Purchased a car from Riverbank Motor Company a few weeks ago. Took it to a garage last week to have the breaks checked as they didn't seem right. Found out there was quite a few problems with the car that the mechanic told me wouldn't of been possible to happen in the couple of weeks I had it for. Phone riverbank about this, was asked to take the car back for them to fix but this wasn't possible for me as I work and I'm a full time student. At first i had been to Kwik fit, but decided not to use them and went to a different garage. was told by the owner of riverbank that they would pay half the costs to have it repaired as it was obvious it had been like that before I bought. It's now a week on and I have had no reply from them after myself send quite a few messages and trying to phone them! Would not recommend this place for buying a car as you could be left with having to pay for so many repairs like ive been left with. Cheers riverbank motors!
Bought my son a car from Riverbank Motor Company 3 months ago, service was 1st class and after sales care, has been second to none. I recommended them to family and friends and a few of my family and friends have taken up my recommendation and they have had the same experience. I'm not the kind to give out 5 star reviews as there usually is something that can be improved on, however in the case, it is well deserved!!!!
