Recently spoke to James at riverside autos about finding me a car and he found exactly what I was after,can’t fault the car and top customer service couldn’t recommend the guys at riverside autos enough
Bought the Merc SLK through Sam at Riverside Autos. I never saw the car and Sam provided video and photo's. I bought it on his say so. It all turned out well and the car is great. When I got it home I found there was a fault with the interior lights. None were working. I contacted Riverside and they advised to get it sorted. It took some diagnostics and repair with a Merc specialist and it turned out to be the OCP. In all the time waiting, for diagnostics and repair I kept Riverside informed and they always supported the repair and paid the in full the company doing the repairs. I paid the extra for full warranty when I purchased the vehicle and I'm pleased I did. To date Riverside have been forthright in all my dealings and totally honored the warranty. Thanks to all the guys and especially to Sam.

I have had my Range Rover from here in January. The staff were very helpful and attentive and the car was clean and in good condition. I have had a few wear and tear issues but overall I am happy and I will be returning to Riverside Autos in a few years time.

Bought a car from them over a week ago (paid in full), was originally told Saturday pick up (4 days after purchase) then was called on friday to be told it wouldnt be ready until the following Thursday (9 days after purchase) and have just received another call to say it now wont be ready until sometime next week (so at least 14 days after purchasing) Not Happy...

Sorry to see your comments. What car did you purchase. Your car must of had a problem which we were trying to fix. We wouldn't delay for no reason. We would not want to sell it with a problem as it would result in bad reviews and that doesn't help us at all. If you would like to contact us I can fill you in why it got delayed. Surely better to have it late and correct than early faulty. Once again sorry for the delay.

Sorry you feel the need to put this on here. Which car was it you purchased. It is not our intention to delay the pick up of your new car, but if a car is not 100% right we must try and make sure that we rectify it before it is collected by the customer.
I drove 100 miles to buy a 2013 Hyundai i10 with very low mileage and in excellent condition and I was not disappointed. I had to ask most of my questions over the phone as I didn't want a wasted journey. The garage were really helpful and explained everything in detail very politely. I did my research and believe I got a good price for my old car and very fair price for the car I bought. I did ring up to say I had not received a document and they sent it straight away. They even posted one of my favourite CDs back to me as I had left it in my old car. I am enjoying my new car no end. Thank you Riverside Autos.

Very happy with my new car from Riverside Autos. I bought an Audi in August. It was clean and in great condition when I collected it and it was a very good price. I have had no issues with the car up to now and the dealers have been very helpful and friendly. I do not have a single complaint and I would highly recommend.

The dealers at Riverside Autos have been really helpful. I bought a Volvo from them back in June and up to now I have had no issues at all. The car was immaculate and in great condition and it was a really good price. I have no complaints at all. I would highly recommend.

Very sad this company is aloud to trade. They sold me a car with a new MOT and seat belts didn't work and lots of other problems. Very dodgy place to buy from stay well clear of them, and the 12 months warranty ain't 12 months at all, after 3 months that don't want to know.

Sorry to hear of your problem. The mots are done by an independent company if this was missed I must apologise. What was it that went wrong with the car. The warranty lists what is covered so if you have had a fault with one of those items and not been covered please contact me. What was the reg of your car?

Riverside Autos were amazing, when we visited the forecourt they let us take control of the sale, when we pointed out an issue with the car they rectified it with zero fuss and the car has been excellent in the time we have owned it. I would be happy to buy from them again.
