Travelled an hour down to Riverside Car Sales in Castlesford after seeing the Corsa on autotrader and arranging to view it. From the off Gary was excellent and down to earth, he took my part ex and was very generous when looking round the car. We sorted the deal out for the Corsa and he paid for our dinner while he had the car MOT’d and Serviced, even keeping one of his mechanic’s back after he’d finished to get the job done. Would highly recommend and will certainly be making the trip down to buy my next car.

I’ve used Riverside in Castleford a couple of times for car purchases and also the garage. All the guys are spot on and Gary is fantastic all the time who always finds the time to help me even when it’s been late after work or weekends. No issues and always easy to deal with. Don’t listen to the other reviews, clearly don’t understand what a deposit is for. I’ve left deposits every time, like you would at any garage and absolutely no issues with the garage or any of the cars.

I recently purchased a Volkswagen Golf R in Metallic Blue ( Perfect ) Gary the owner looked after me from start to finish even gave me £20 fuel money.

Bought a Jaguar x type in late March from Gary great service, quick and easy to buy off, car as described can't fault it been running it daily now for nearly a month with no problems.. still waiting for the new V5C document but again cannot fault this garage will definitely use again

I rang this car sales garage up on Wednesday morning regarding a vehicle I seen online, spoke to Gary, he seemed to be knowledgable about the vehicle and we discussed my part ex ect.. Gary suggested to do a soft finance check , I rang later Wednesday evening before closing to see if anything had came back, he said currently not but I will ring you before we close, since then I have not heard one word back from Gary and it’s now Friday evening. It should not be up to the customer to keep ringing and ask if things has come back as he said he would ring me. From my point of view all he seems to be interested in is the money. He told me if I was to put a £100 deposit down it’s refundable, yet when reading the reviews it said non- refunable, so glad I did not deposit a car. Very poor customer service communication skills.
