Sold this company my van, a month later they have still not paid my finance off so this has come out of my bank.
I have had to ring them constantly all day as they are incompetent. They have made no effort to pay the finance off all day. I have spoke with the finance company and no one has contacted them.
They keep telling me it will be paid by the end of the day.
I am out of pocket by £133 and was advised several times the guy will sort it and phone me back. He is now ignoring my calls and they shut in 5 minutes. I need my money back and need this sorted. They just fob you off and have no plan on sorting anything they just want to get you off the phone.
Absolutely appealing service. If this is not sorted tomorrow I will be taking this further as this company have scammed me.
They have now got back to be on Facebook after ignoring my calls saying sorry but were closed ill sort it tomorrow, however they have had all day to sort it but they literally havnt bothered. No faith they will sort this tomorrow and they have left me out of pocket.
Would NEVER deal with these con artists again!

Went threw all deal. Paid for number plates etc. When turned up said mine wasnt good enough for part ex. Even though they had looked at it three times. Complete waste of time and money. Do not go here

I can honestly say that the customer service I received from Lee, Richard and the rest of the team at Riverside was of the highest standard. I only rang to enquire about a Toyota Yaris and ended up buying the car. I was dealt with in a professional and helpful manner. Lee even arranged delivery of the car to my home address as I am only 18 years old and wasn’t able to travel to the garage to pick up the car. The car itself is exactly as was described and drives beautifully. I was also impressed with the team for taxing the car for 6 months and notifying DVLA of my purchase. I cannot recommend the garage and the team enough.

Bought a q7 from Riverside Car Sales that had multiple faults like needed all new brakes after doing 200mile no advisory on the mot that they done heaters broke before I took car and they claimed on my warranty. Took parts off the other q7 in there to fix mine so god help the buyer of the other q7 also left bolts out nearly making me loose control on motorway. (tip check the aux heater before you buy car).Took car back to a really arrogant salesman/owner telling me am just looking for faults and it’s only a missing bolt what’s my problem. Problem is this could have killed me and my family due to your incompetence to fix things to good standard. Left now with a bent motor and having to contact trading standard and solicitors

Bought this pile of rubbish from riverside cars, day after I bought it went wrong took it back they had the car longer than me never got to the bottom of it, BOYCIE the sales man very rude and not very helpful telling me my car I traded in was a pile of pure shit, took him 3 weeks to cancel my existing finance !!! exchanged the car for another love the new one WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this garage, ( his brother is sound he should be the main salesman, helpful and pleasant to talk to)

I bought a car from Riverside car sales Middlesbrough,the salesman who dealt with me was very arrogant,he made you feel he was doing you a favour selling you one of his cars.
However, I also dealt with another salesman who I found to be pleasant and very helpful.
I will not be purchasing another car from Riverside Car Sales Middlesbrough to be treat with discontent,its their loss.
