I bought a 3 door bmw from Riverside Car Sales after 20 mins of driving hand brake light comes on, sorted it after taking it back managed to get myself to London an 2 weeks later the engine system management light comes on after Lee told me the car has been checked by our "mechanic" anyway got it to BMW for a service and disappointed is an understatement phoned this Lee guy and the rudeness I got on the phone... i wont recommend Riverside even if there was a rubbish collection company.

Briefly bought bmw x 5 just tested before i pick it up got home with it 48 miles got up next day it on it arse had to put two new air bags and compress on it and two front springs on the front as they were snapped and two rear tyres cost me £1600 a week after getting it he paid £530 toward the bill in a nut shell he didn't want to no the car shunned have even pass a mot but he tests them so say no more iv put the car rite now wont be going there again and ill be tell people wot hes like very poor sale man i have also reported this to trading standards and vosa

I have to admit I do love my car but have to say the aftercare is very poor. Had a 3-month warranty cover, and as I expected the problem I told them about was not covered!!!! I would not recommend Riverside Car Sales and feel annoyed by the customer service.

Riverside Car Sales was a fast and friendly was to buy a nice luxury sports car!! It was hassle free, and we walked away in no time with a nice Audi.

I bought a 2010 Ford Smax from here back in March. From day one of purchase I have had nothing but problems with the car. All the problems are down to a faulty injector which they refuse to replace as they tell me it had new injectors fitted before I bought the car. I am still having the same problem with car and they are now putting it down to wear and tear on the vehicle even tho the problem was there from the day after I drove it home. Please please don't buy a car from here as the cars are not in good mechanical condition and there is no after sales service.
