Riverside Motors Attitude was bad. They were very abusive when pointed out a problem and tells lies.
After buying my first car I was very happy got a great deal and extremely happy with my vehicle, got a 3 months stand warranty with my car, will tell my family and friends to get a great deal from Riverside Motors in brigg
Would never buy from Riverside Motors again. Not long after bought it noticed oil leak and problem with brakes. Returned to them for repair and 4 days later it was returned with all the same problems it has before. The garage near us was of the opinion it should have never passed its MOT with the brakes as they were. When my partner called again saying the problems were still there we were told they couldn't do anything and they only took it in first time as a gesture of good will.
I visited Riverside Motors as a first time buyer and whole process was very quick, I just signed the papers, they gave me the keys and that was it. I got everything I needed but there wasn't much in the way of customer service.
