I live 350 miles away from Riverview Cars. Before i purchase train ticket £350 for two, i have ask lot of question and request confirmation for the car condition and terms. Dealer confirm, NO scratch, excellent condition, 12 month platinum warranty with no limit on any claim, all parts present, 12 month MOT and ask for deposit. Before deposit i have ask again ready to drive off if im happy with it and she say you will never disappoint. After ticket confirmation she still say nothing missing. We start our journey at 4am and reaching there at 1130pm. After test drive we agree to purchase and we realize V5 and ONLY we ask she inform us not ready till friday in same week. We both are very cross and very expensive if we turn back for another £350. So we agree without V5 at this moment. Before we bank-in we realize Key and again ONLY we ask she say only ONE..... Honestly we are not interesting to come here if she told us all this missing item... since we already spend £350 and finger X for no more problem and she confirm everything work fine. After bank-in time is 415pm and she SMS me the garage will be closing on 5pm and we have to run from the bank to metro station. When we reaching there on time off closing she handle the document to us and we ask question she seen not interesting to talk. Once we have another specialist inspection he did discover lot more problem, more faults and not even as describe. Engine cover missing MOT result fitter, service history missing, key missing, front sensor not working properly, heavy smoke when speedtest, platinum warranty with no limit become gold warranty with only £500 claim, driver seat belt not working properly, key ignition not working properly, rear number plate falling apart, whole car have scratch and was cover up by nail varnish(very bad for original paint). We did send to volvo specialist and they did inform us the repair cost will be £500 or higher. The car is not worth to see or test drive and dealer lie to us to spend £350 on train ticket. Now the dealer not even interesting to reply and instructed solicitor to reply. After following consumer step-by-step the mail stop even from the solicitor. Just another con to take your hard saving money away. Waiting trading standard to step in. Don't risk your money to them take somewhere else. Good luck guy.

I purchased my Renault Megane from Riverview Cars in September. The only issue I have had is that it didn't come with a spare tyre but they sorted that out for me fairly quickly. the car was nice and clean and in really good condition I would recommend this dealership for sure.
