I made the mistake of buying two cars from Riviera Car Centre. First car head-gasket went within the second week of ownership. Although fixed with no qualms, It took nearly three weeks to get the car back. Second car the clutch went within the first week and had the hardest fight to get a new one which I had to pay half for. Cars are way over priced, absolute top end of its market price, doesn't matter what condition. Customer service is non existent once car is purchased. Probably the worst experience I have ever had as a paying customer. Being laughed at and being hung up on are just a couple of incidents I had to deal with. I would implore anyone to think twice about buying a car from this dealer. The experience has left me feeling ripped off and angry. Buyer beware!!

Hello Tim, we don't agree with your review ! ,we obviously rectified all your problems so you came back again for another vehicle. Some peoples driving style can wear out clutches in a short while and so you were asked to contribute a small amount towards betterment of the vehicle in this case. Is it that bad ?
Found the vehicle we had chosen overpriced however traded in our car which made the cost more affordable. They fixed an issue with a door handle, however felt we really had to push for it. On arriving to pick up the car, the outside of the car was dirty with no petrol whatsoever, luckily there's a petrol station opposite. Friendly enough but didn't go out of their way for customer service. Found them extremely pushy in attempting to get car finance through themselves.
