Just bought my 2nd car from Rix Motors and as usual they couldn't of been more helpful and accomodating. It was difficult to chose which car I wanted as there were so many to choose from but the salesman Mike was patient and took me out on numerous test drives before settling on a Mercedes C Class. The finance was sorted out no problem at all and I got a fantastic deal on my part exchange. They even sorted out the transfer of my private plate. I was made to feel at home and there was no pressure. Will definitley be coming back to change again in the future.

OK so where do i start with Rix Motors, i purchased a c class Mercedes from Rix motor company, the initial agreement was very simple, BUT!! that's where the good bit ends, i waited 2 weeks for the car to arrive at my home address which yes my fault as i had to renew my driving licence, anyway the car arrived at my house which leads me to the 1st issue, i asked for a call at work half hour before they arrived with my car, this never happened, next thing i know my wife is calling me telling me the car as arrived she tells me they drove the car i had just purchased for £28000 to my house nearly 80 mile without asking me. The driver who turned up was very rude he blanked my wife completely and refused point blank to let her look at the car, he moaned at her because i wasn't there to receive the car even though i requested a call. Mean while whilst i was driving home the driver test drives my car that i have signed as apart exchange deal, anyway the driver was gone with my car for about 15 minutes when he comes back he starts telling my wife the engine is noisy and the revs stick and its very rattly, at this point i pull up and this is where the fun really starts. The driver then tries to tell me the faults with my car, unbeknown to this idiot i work in the motor trade in a professional capacity and have done for 32 years so i know this car was in exceptional condition and fully serviced. What was comical was while i was driving back home from work the driver phones Rix motor company and tells them my engine is no good, he lets them listen to the engine over the phone yeah you read that right over the phone i was absolutely gob smacked. Anyway back to my conversation with the driver! he rings Rix motor company and after half hour he comes back to me and says they will have to give me £1200 less for my car, at this point i'm quickly losing my temper with this prat, he then tells me the payments will also increase about another £25 per month, this is after the deal was done and all they had to do was come and drive my car away as a px. I asked this driver what is mechanical knowledge he had and what is background was no answer, i asked what he based his diagnosis on and he said well i drove one once and it didn't sound like this i shit you not this really happened. At this point i told the driver to get back in the car and fuck of with it back to Rix motor company, they did have to pay of my outstanding finance of £5000 but with the profit they would have made on the Mercedes even if they lost a £1000 by sending it to auction they would have still been in profit, so for the sake of a £1000 they lost a sale of a car well over £23,000. I was contacted by the salesman at Rix motor company and they tried to re sell me the car to which i refused. I have all the documents still and will be reporting them to the FCA and trading standards, all i can say is i'm glad it happened because 2 days later i purchased the same model it was newer less miles and cost me less on the re instalments, they excepted my car as part exchange with no problems and they found no faults with my car no rattling no sticking revs nothing. I would just kike to finish by saying i would never sell a car or even px a car knowing it was faulty, i am not that kind of person, what Rix motor company did was wrong on every professional level imaginable. PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP, 3 CARS PRIOR TO THIS ONE I HAVE HAD ON FINANCE AND NOT ONCE HAVE I EVER HAD THIS HAPPEN TO ME, THE DEAL WAS SIGNED AND SEALED AVOID AVOID AVOID...........

Bought a mercedes AMG from Rix Motors. Within 3 weeks trouble with two back tyres and brakes .they sorted it .then it failed its m.o.t.with corroded brake pipes and front brakes and disks .Reg Rix gave us a two year warranty.and a pat on my arm and said quote(l will sort anything that goes wrong for you)unquote when ever l ring them he's not in today they say every time. And l am not covered for brakes or any electrical problems (On a mercedes ) absolute pathetic .l would not go near them again.BEWARE.

I found Rix motors on the internet my wife and I drove to Worrington from Wallasey Merseyside and quiet pleased to see such a great deal of very good cars on display we were approached by a very polite chap who I later found out to be Mr Rix, I explained We were looking for a Range Rover vogue he escorted us into the show room where we met Scott one of the sales staff I had no intention of buying a car that day But please Believe me the service my wife and I reserved was second to none We found a Car and the Deal was done within One hour the Car was Delivered to Are house the following Saturday by Scott . I am very pleased with this company and the Car is Brilliant. A great place to go Thanks again to Scott and Mr Rix and the people who looked after us

Rix Motor Company is a great dealership, real good customer service. We went to look at a pickup but ended up purchasing a VW Touareg. Considering we weren't buying a brand new vehicle we were still treated with the respect as if we were. Kyle took us on a test drive & spent considerable time with us enabling us to drive away in the vehicle. Kyle was very friendly and has a great future in sales. Great customer service, would highly recommend.

I knew this Mercedes very well as I had previously leased it. I have to say that Scott was more than accommodating with the negotiations,complementary bottle wine and chocolates which were amazing. I did have a minor issue of a broken window switch,but again this was dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. so would I use Rix Motor Company again? without hesitation. once again many thanks Scott.

I brought a Mini Countryman from Rix Motor Company mid November 2018 the car broke down Christmas Eve and I had the car recovered to the place I was staying over Christmas as the car was not driveable . The company refused to get the vehicle anywhere to be assessed and told me that was my responsibility . I contacted the finance company due to the lack of help or assistance . It is now the 12th of January and I am still in the house I went to in west wales for Christmas as I have no vehicle . Rix motor company ( Colin ) is not interested in helping at all . Do not buy a car from this company as they do not care once they have your money and particularly Colin who works in so called after sales

Good service from Rix Motor Company, very helpful and very pleased with my car, sorted very quick and delivered to me in Kent.

I bought a honda but out of the blue had some personal bad news, rix motor company were so fantastic and understanding even after I got to their showroom and changed my mind on a car they offered. Thank you so much guys absolutely amazing can't thank you enough
