I bought a Range Rover Evoque from Rix Motor Company that had severe issues. I have put a more in depth review on google reviews but i wont be going near Rix motors again

Hi John, I was very disappointed to read your review although there is not a lot of content to understand what has gone wrong, I can say with confidence that our cars are prepared to a very high standard and should anything go wrong after collection we have an aftersales department who will take care of the customer, I am sorry I cannot add anything further but there is no content to your email, Kind Regards Rix Motors.

Wouldn’t recommend buying any car from Rix Motor Company I’ve just spent 2k on the car with problem from day one very poor after sales care especially after spending £20k on a car.

Having been asked to accompany my good friend Gary Evans to go and source a new car at Rix Motors, was delighted to find honesty and a real good deal on a Mercedes C class, great part ex , superb aftersales, and will look no further when trading up again to a newer model,. Fantastic experience throughout,Highly recommend Rix Motors in a heart beat

What a great service and very friendly staff they are Darren Hill helped to get a car for my daughter he was very professional , and very helpful and he even delivered the car to my home . Many thanks to Darren I will be using rix motors in future and recommend friends and family to go there .Once again many thanks Steve H.

Please be careful when buying from Rix Motor Company. I dealt with Barry who was spot on but after sales service and standard of vehicle I purchased from them was definitely not as described I would have expected better service when buying £16k car but they are just your typical used car sales so don’t expect great after sales service you have been warned.

Rix Motors are a terrible after sales company! My daughter spent £20 odd thousand on Range Rover but nothing but issues? Got home to london brake light on 2 very poor tyres they said was legal,alarm going off at all times due to defective mechanisms on doors issues after issues! They came picked car up took it back to Warrington brought it back a week later same issues? She put car into Range Rover in londo cost her £1000 for issues they never corrected! They said they fixed the door locking problem? Oh yes with copy parts and broke again within 6 weeks! Call after call nothing but fobbed off with poor excuses! You have been warned do not buy from these they talk a good game promise you the earth and leave you in turmoil with a massive debt! Terrible customer service you have been warned!

Myself and my daughter drove down to Warrington from Glasgow to part exchange my old vehicle for one I had seen online at Rix Motor Company.
I was introduced to Scott Capion in sales and he was absolutely terrific and provided us with an excellent service from start to finish.
He took us for a test drive in the new vehicle and explained all the pertinent points. The paperwork side of things was completed in under 10 minutes and we were free to make our return journey......the GM came out and introduced himself to us and gave us a bottle of wine.. nice gesture
The return journey went very smoothly and the car was 100%.
My wife absolutely loves the car, and was amazed at how clean the interior was.......the car only clocked up 6-7000 miles but had a light interior which had obviously been valeted very well.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this garage company to anyone thinking of changing their vehicle.......they hold high quality stock so you could be spoiled for choice.

Absolutely love my new car, rhys dealt with me from the beginning and was so helpful! And got me the car i wanted with in my budget, couldnt be happier was kept well informed through the whole process, gave me a very good price for my old car and got to drive my new car away on the day was all so quick and simple extremely happy with the service i received!
