Bought a nice car from Rix Motor Company, and got a fair price for our trade in. Dave Davies our salesman was very informative and answered any questions we asked, he wasn't pushy in anyway, he was very helpful, and took care of everything for us. On picking the car up, there was a slight problem, but Scot dealt with it straight away. To our satisfaction. Thank you so much to all the staff at Rix Motor company.

We bought a BMW 330d from Scott at Rix Motor Company, he was very helpful and made us feel at ease. There was no pressure and it's clear to see upon arrival that this garage specialise in higher end cars which is a comfort when spending your hard earned money. Thanks to all the team.

My partner and I travelled for 40 mins to look at an advertised BMW X5, we phoned before we travelled to check the details, they got us into the showroom sat us down then told us that they wanted an extra £1000 for the vehicle, total fraud in my mind, trading standards should be sent into this place, even when the manager got involved, he belittled us by saying "oh well at least we are honest" no sure how.

Hi Kevin, I was disappointed to read your review and although I was not personally involved in your visit I do know that Rix Motors do not look after their customers that way, I am not quite sure why the price of the car was different, maybe the web department had loaded the price incorrectly and it was purely Human error, all I do know is that the owners and directors do not conduct business that way and would be furious if any of their staff behaved the way you describe, Kind Regards Rix Motors
Bought a Lexus IS250 from Rix motors in January 2014 and dealt with Dave Booth. I found the entire process to be fantastic. Dave made sure I was well looked after and wasn't pushy for the sale at all. Their aftersales care is also excellent, around a week or so after I bought the car, the brakes on the vehicle required some attention, Dave told me to bring the car back when convenient for me and he would get the issue fixed without hesitation. Where as other dealers may try and fob you off when it comes to brakes (or any fault actually once the car has left their premises), Rix motors were more than happy to help out and they didn't charge me a penny. Excellent service all round! Genuinely would use them again no problem.
