We arrived at Rix and was greeted by Mike straight away. This man is a superstar!! He was friendly, knowledgable and understanding (even in our confusing situation). Mike Toole take a bow... you was very professional yet we felt like we had known you personally. Mike made our car buying experience an enjoyable one and was fantastic. I would recommend anyone to visit Rix Motors and ask for Mike!! We drove away with our new car in just a few hours. Thanks Mike and Rix Motors.

Had a Nissan juke from rix motors July 2017.was fine for the first 2 weeks..after the second week the problems started..kept cutting out whilst driving and people were near enough hitting us whilst experiencing this problem.also the revs wouldn't go any higher than 3,000 revs had got in touch regarding the issue also had the person from the AA speak and the person we spoke to didn't want to know also told the warranty was over.what after 2 weeks no chance still have issues now have had work done n still have issues with the car even asked for a replacement vehicle though never got one was saying needed to go for another finance for another car but this isn't what we wanted just wanted a replacement car

Good Morning, I was very disappointed to read your review and although I wasn't personally involved in your enquiry / purchase I can confirm that is not how Rix Motors looks after their customers, over the last 6 months there has been major investment not only in improving facilities to enhance the customer experience but ALL staff have been coached to understand the culture of "The customer comes first", part of the recent investment has been to introduce our aftersales department who look after our customers should they experience any problems once they have taken delivery and they report direct to the owners to ensure a fair resolution process, I do hope that you are willing to give us another chance to restore your confidence in the company, I think you will be pleasantly surprised, Kind Regards Rix Motors.
This is my ninth deal with Rix Motors, I find the ordeal of buying a car is made easy a comfortable and pleasant procedure due to the honesty and well informed sales team. I was looking for a new car and unfortunately I ended up at Rix motors. The owners son was there and seemed very friendly and helpful. I liked a particular car and I was told that if I pay a deposit it will be refundable (I checked this several times with them) believing them I did that, next day when I asked for my money back they completely changed their tune. Incredibly dishonest people, extremely poor. By conning me out of £100 they most definitely lost a customer for life and also dozens of people I have told about my experience. This is not only unethical but extremely poor business as well. Avoid

Hi Zain, I was disappointed and surprised to read your review as that is definitely not how Rix Motors looks after its customers, although I wasn't personally involved in your visit / experience I cant understand why a multi million pound business would want to keep a £100 deposit unless costs had been incurred at your request, Kind Regards Rix Motors.
It was for the first time, in my history of buying cars on finance arrangements, that i drove home in my new car after everything was processed within the hours of a day by Rix Motor Company car dealers. The experience was great and i am now the proud owner of a top of the range motor-Range Rover Sport. Thank you very much indeed to Kyle and others at Rix motors.

Scott, who dealt with us throughout the sale, was very professional and answered any questions we asked him. He explained the finance options to us in a way we understood and sorted us the best one. He makes a mean cup of coffee too. I would recommend you visit Rix Motor Company if you are after a quality car and ask for Scott.

"Great family friendly service..." - until you try to get work done under one of their warranties. Their salesperson told outright lies about the terms of the warranty, and then when approached to resolve the situation they were rude and patronising. Twice. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
