The majority of the sales process was with Nicola over email, when we went down to the dealership to view the Ford Ranger, she was away. We dealt with Joseph in person, he was really helpful. He showed us the car and stuff like that. It was a nice experience it didn’t feel rushed or anything.

The Audi Q7 is lovely. The EGR valve may be leaking, I think it will be a warranty issue. Overall, it was a good experience, the guys at the dealership were nice. When I had an issue with the windscreen, they fixed it for me quite quickly. I did get a bit jealous when I was at the showroom, I noticed they had some really nice cars.

Well can’t leave a bad review as I’m still sorting a dispute with them , if they come good then it will be good on the other hand it could turnout bad so watch this space ? So far looking like the later

The Ford Ranger has been sound, I would have liked it more if the car was delivered on the back of a truck rather than driven down. Other than that, the experience has been good, I can't fault them too much.

The VW Amarok is all good at the moment and Paul at Roadstar was a really decent bloke.

There were a couple of discrepancies with the vehicle that were dealt with promptly and very well. Paul was excellent when he dealt with us. We haven’t honestly put many miles on the Defender as we were waiting for the ghost immobiliser to be installed.
