Fine with the vehicle but the service wasn’t great. We had problems but we persevered with them. Roadster felt more professional in their set up than the previous dealerships we had been to and had more choice. We had to sign the paperwork before we test drove which I've never encountered before but the owner is very easy to talk to, he won us round more than anything. He is very amiable, can't help but warm to him.

Experience was good. Super nice, easy going. I saw it online and my family checked it out as they live close. I went down a week later and the car was as described but It did smell like a smokers car so would have liked abit more detail about that hence the score. However, I would recommend

Everything’s fine. no problems with the Ranger. Harry was fine. He went through a lot of different vehicles as there was a good selection. I got extra on the trade in and all sorted in one day, delivered a day or two after which was a bonus. It arrived spotless.

I traded in my Raptor for a newer car in similar style. My experience with the dealership was good but they may have registered the wrong car but I've contacted the DVLA. Joseph was a good lad. He dealt with it very well, chatting to me through whatsapp. I took the car away that day and they even put a full tank of full. I would use them again. I was quite impressed with the garage and the showroom. I've already recommended them as they were nice people.

My car is spot on, it's really good. I saw it online and they had a good selection. I liked the look and the performance of the Defenders. The staff were spot on. They communicated well and arranged the delivery. The car was perfect when I got it. All round, they were generally good.

We found the Ford Ranger on Autotrader and didn’t bother test driving as we knew what we wanted. The finance was abit of a pain to sort out but Harry was the salesperson, he was good and did what he could. It took a few days to get the car.

No concerns. I was after something specific and they had the car I wanted. The sales staff were good, no big hard sell. The £150 service charge which seemed abit silly but the staff were relatively knowledgeable.

The Raptor is pretty good, got an issue with one of the tire pressure sensors but that’s just a Ford thing. Paul was fantastic, he was brilliant. I was looking at BMW’s, Audi’s and all that other fancy stuff but I wanted to try and stick with Ford. Me and the missus want to pull the caravan. So when I saw the Ford Ranger with the Raptor kit on it, I thought, yeah… I like that.
