Last month I had the excitement of buying my first Maserati, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. In terms of cost, I found the Maserati to be surprisingly affordable. When weighing up the financial aspects, I discovered that the four-year lease on my Land Rover was roughly equivalent to the cost of owning the Maserati. This realization made the decision to switch that much easier. Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with my Maserati and the service provided by Ben. I'm extremely happy with my BMW, it is a lovely car and it handles and performs really well. Ben who looked after me during the sale was such a lovely guy and made me feel very welcome and answered all of my questions clearly and thoroughly. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he really did go above and beyond any of my expectations. I recently purchased a Ford Transit van, and unfortunately, I encountered an issue with the battery right after getting it. However, I must commend the team at Roadstar for their excellent customer service. When I first received my Ford Transit, I noticed that the battery wasn’t performing as expected. It struggled to start, and I had to crank it multiple times. I contacted Roadstar, and to my relief, they took immediate ownership of the situation. Ben, one of their service representatives, listened attentively to my concerns. He assured me that they would resolve the issue promptly. True to their word, Roadstar promptly replaced the faulty battery with a brand new one. While the battery hiccup was a minor setback, Roadstar’s excellent service made up for it. I’m deducting one star due to the initial inconvenience, but their swift action and commitment to customer satisfaction deserve recognition.

I have zero complaints. The salesman was amazing while I visited Roadstar Automobiles in Coventry to purchase my Land Rover Sport. I was put under no pressure at any time or sold anything that I did not require; he was very professional and certainly knew what he was talking about.
