My time dealing with Roadstar has been very positive for the most part, Paul is a great guy, very helpful and informative, patient and not pushy, he is happy to help with any questions and queries. The cars they have on offer are all very nice, well presented and seem in really good condition. My only qualm comes with the after sales care, although happy to help with issues after the sale, the speed in which issues are resolved aren't efficient enough for my needs. I had an issue where the DPF filter warning light is showing red, this needs cleaning, an engineer is to be arrange to come and collect the car however, he is unavailable till early next week. I have taken this into my own hands and gone third party. I was a little disappointed with this however, the overall service received has been excellent for the most part. If they come work on this, maybe have an addition engineer on call they could easily have taken 5 stars all round.

Love the Levante I got from Roadstar! It's in the costume shop as we speak getting some cosmetic and performance upgrades done. Nikola was a gem, she managed to get all the prep done and facilitate delivery same day. If I could rate 100 out of 5 I would!

Roadstar ave been a pleasure to deal with an I haven't had any problems with Ben or the rest of the staff. They have set the bar for dealers everywhere and I could sing their praises all day long. It was an Audi A3 which I settled on, I have always liked the look of the A3's, it drives really well and was in immaculate condition when I viewed it in the dealership. The delivery went swimmingly and the whole experience start to finsih is faultless. I have had a minor issue which I am currently resolving with Roastar which is my reason for the mark down however, if this is all sorted I will quite happily amend this too a 5.

Everything has been perfectly fine, love my new motor from Roadstar, Jo was really sweet, before, during and after the sale he has been available over the phone and attentive with my needs which goes a long way. I have had a couple minor issues however, Jo was straight on it to help me get it sorted. If you are looking for a professional, customer focused car dealer, look no further.

Couldn't be happier dealing with Roadstar on this occasion. I got my new CLA from them, the car looks like it's been really well prepped by the garage and looks like it's been look after by the previous owner too. Drive it pretty much everyday day and it's wicked. It's got about an extra 60 BHP compared to the Jag I had before and it's taking some getting used to, I am having lots of fun getting used to it.. Joseph was spot on too.

I have always liked the Mercedes GLS, they are beautiful cars with decent performance, reliability and they are very responsive through the gears. I have never seen one which has seemed suitable but roadstar had one in excellent condition, low millage and it seemed to be illuminate over all the other cars on their website. I made the purchase online and have not a single regret. Very comfortable and easy online transaction.

Really high quality service and a cracking outfit up at Roadstar Automobiles, Paul is a top bloke, very good at what he does and seem to take pride in his job.. I had a little mishap on the way home, the trim which had been attached to the vehicle came loose and was flapping around so I had to pull over to remove this, it looks like the adhesive didn't have time to set correctly, Aside from this little issue I can't fault the car, the service, the staff and the experience. Will certainly be back to Coventry to pay Paul and the team a visit if we need another works vehicle or even if I decided it's time for a new personal motor.
