We waited one week to try the car but after we paid £1000 deposit two weeks ago, just waiting for the finance response, we received one message on the Easter weekend: the car was sold and they will return our deposit without any communication before this. We trusted this garage and we missed another opportunity to buy a similar car from another garage.

Thank-you for your feedback. As other potential customers may read your review, we feel we have the right to respond. To clarify, we are not commission orientated and will try all potential avenues for our customers in order to gain them the finance they require. This situation is no different. We provide finance solutions for customers with all types of credit rating. On the 26th of March the customer placed a holding deposit and we took the vehicle off sale subject to a successful finance application. Between the 26th of March and the 30th of March, due to the complexity of the proposal four different finance companies who we have dealt with for a number of years were given the details (MotoNovo, Close Brothers, Billing & Paragon). Between the 31st of March and the 7th of April, the customer was tried to be contacted numerous times by both ourselves and our finance providers stating which documents were required but with no answer. The customer was advised via telephone voicemail and also via text that we would require some correspondence or the vehicle would unfortunately have to be put back up for sale. Since we received no answer, we were simply left with no choice but to do so and return the deposit. We are firm believers that we will try our best for all our potential customers, we wish you all the best with your search.
As always over the last 30 odd years, Robert, Mark and Will have provided me yet another quality car at a fair price with their usual level of outstanding customer service, common sense and sound advice. I've had no need to look elsewhere over the years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks everyone and here's to another 30 years?!...
