My wife recently collected her brand new Skoda Octavia Automatic Estate Car and Dean Lightfoot dealt with her Motability application and handed over the car. He was very helpful and we are very satisfied with the car and service we received from Robert Eardley & Son in Stoke.
I bought a new Fabia last September from Robert Eardley & Son in Stoke but passed it onto my daughter who badly needed a reliable car. Just replaced it with a new Fabia for myself. Dean, the salesman dealt with us and was extremely helpful - definitely not pushy. This is our second great experience within 12 months I would definitely recommend This Skoda dealership and Dean did a great job for us. Would definitely recommend the company and Dean.
Just a brief thank you to Jason and Josh at Robert Eardley in Newcastle under lyme. From walking into the door to driving out with my new car took a day over two weeks. Pleasant any helpful, my questions were answered, the test drive although short was sufficient. I had to chase for a delivery day, but that was my impatience. I enjoyed the “unveiling” of my car, much better than”here’s your keys,it’s over there”. Thank you both.

brought fabia off robert eardley & son in stoke and asked if i had to relapse the timing belt with my owner ship of the car (reaplasing the car after 2.5 years) he said now when we got the car home i saw small white sticker saying it was due 3 months before then they keep saying its only a recommendation but skoda say it is not. scratches were not repaid when i picked car up the i had to order the paint stick then was a bully when we went to get them repaired did not registrar the dent repair had to wait moths to make a claim did not talk to us about warranty . .

We were invited to this weekend's VIP event at Robert Eardley, Talke, and as my husband is always up for changing his car we decided to go along and see what was on offer. Firstly the person we had the appointment with, Josh, was not initially in the showroom so we were told by another salesman, Bartek Sienko, that it didn't matter as anyone could deal with us. We only found out this person's name from emails received when we got home. He had no idea of our history with Skoda and to make matters worse my husband's details were not on file although he has purchased two Octavias from them in the last three years. In total we are currently on our eigth or ninth. My details were on file though. There were various things that we were not happy with during the meeting but at the end of the meeting, when it was apparrent that there was not going to be a sale, the salesman said that he would need to go and tell his boss, Dave, otherwise he would get chewed out for just letting us walk out without Dave at least having the opportunity to come and say hello. The salesman came back from seeing Dave and proceeded to recomend that we keep hold of our car as there are new models coming out in the next twelve months. It was then clear that that was the end of the meeting. I asked if Dave was coming to say, "Hello", to which we were told that no, as there was nothing else he could do for us. So much for us being a valued customer that warranted an invite to this VIP event, they forgot to say, "You are aa valued customer but only if you are buying something", oh, and the funding from Skoda is primarily for diesel cars. At this moment in time this dealership has lost two customers, and potentially two very loyal Skoda customers as well. Next time we are looking to change our cars it won't necessarily be for a Skoda which is a shame as both my husband and myself have driven Skodas for over twenty five years. Jan

Waited an eternity to get my money back, always an excuse. stear clear of Robert Eardley & Son.
Many thanks to Robert Eardley's young and enthusiastic salesman James Naylor. We were well looked after and treated courteously throughout our test drive. James showed excellent knowledge of the vehicle and was confident in his sales pitch. The deal offered was an excellent one and we felt quite sad that on this occasion it did not reslut in a sale for James. The Stoke branch will undoubtedly increase their sales figues with this young man on the team.
