WHILST I WAS SEARCHING FOR A REPLACEMENT CAR TO REPLACE MY HYUNDI OF 3 YEARS, I THOUGHT ABOUT GETTING A RELIABLE AND STURDY RALLY CHAMPION BREED OF SOME GREAT DISTINCTION FROM THE 1960`S RIGHT UP TO MODERN DAY ………… I DECIDED TO GO FOR A KAROQ IN PETROL BLUE AND ENTERED THE SHOWROOM AT ROBERT EARDLEY & SON STOKE TO BE GREETED BY A SALESMAN NAMED DAVE CLARKE AND WE SOON WERE TALKING LIKE OLD BUDDIES …...WE WENT THROUGH ALL THE FORMALITIES OF FILLING OUT MY REQUEST INCLUDING ANY EXTRA`S I WAS LOOKING FOR LIKE ELECTRIC SEATS ETC,ETC...AND WE HAD A GREAT TIME THERE BEFORE I LEFT WITH MY WIFE AFTER COPIOUS AMOUNTS OF COFFEE`S AND BISCUITS AN AFTERNOON OF JOY …….WE RETUNED AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS TO ORDER THE AQUSITION OF MY NEW CAR AND WE CALLED IN A COUPLE OF TIMES AND WE WE FOUND THE STAFF AS COURTEOUS AND HELPFULL AS WE HAVE ALWAYS FOUND ...WE LEFT YESTERDAY AFTERTAKING DELIVERY OUR NEW CAR AND BEEN DRIVING AROUND ALL TODAY AND YESTERDAY WITH A BIG GRIN ON OUR FACES ……..MY THANKS GO OUT TO ALL YOU GUYS AT ROB EARDLEYS AND ESPECIALLY OUR THANKS TO DAVE CLARKE FOR THE WAY WE WERE TAKEN CARE OF …..MUCH,MUCH THANKS ……..JOHN AND SUE NAYLOR

Great communication, Rob Eardley & Son Stoke branch even sent me messages keeping me up to date with the delivery. They hid the car under a cover and I did a big unveiling was great. 5 stars.

A string of warning lights appeared on my Skoda Superb and Skoda Assist (the AA) diagnosed an ABS sensor was causing the problem. Robert Eardley didn't have a courtesy car for some weeks but said if I was prepared to wait, they could see me the following day. Turned out to be a bigger problem so they'd need longer to sort it. Given that I live 1 hour away, they found a car for me to save me driving back another day and had the car sorted within 2 days. Rob the technician was excellent in taking pics of the problem and giving me a full explanation and Nick from Service couldn't have been more helpful.

Our youngest daughter went into Robert Eardley -Talke, to look at another car. She met with David who was absolutely brilliant. There was no hard sell and was really polite and knowledgable about the car. From us parents a huge Thank You . Can't thank him enough.

agreed to buy a used citigo if they fixed a few faults i had found with the car. phoned before collecting and was told all faults are done and the car is perfect. i'll pick on one fault that was a fogged up rear light. the liar of salesman told me it was a brand new light unit fitted. on getting the car home, my son spotted the rear light had fogged up again. other faults were still there also and at least 3 new faults developed over the next 3 days. phoned the dealership to complain and reject the car and got fobbed off numerous times. they eventually took the car back and left us with a courtesy car which is exactly like i expected my car to be like. then another liar test drove our car for 24hrs and agreed there was some faults. 3 weeks later he denies saying that. then the so called technician confirmed that they had not replaced the rear light with a brand new unit because they checked the seals and think its fine. i could go on and on. my advice is dont buy from these liars and if you do, be very wary of anything they say. disgusting service and customer care. still fighting to get my money back.

Seen a Skoda Octavia on Robert Eardley and Son website so decided to take a look on a Saturday. On arrival we were informed that one of the directors had taken it home for the weekend,and would be available to view on Monday, We arrived on Monday only to be told it was the said directors day off.
