Left me in limbo,said car be ready on the day it got booked in for then rang later that day to say car not finished and had no courtesy car. No apology for inconvenience, I won’t be using the company again.

A friend of mine bought a car from Robin Hood Motors in July 2017, he subsequently drove the car accross Europe to Germany. He then registered this car overseas and put it through a TUV test (MOT), as this vehicle was sold with a fresh 12 month MOT on it you'd think it would sail through. Well let's just say that it's a surprise that this vehicle survived its journey. This vehicle had a multitude of problems, 3 broken springs, 1 defective wishbone, split inner CV joint, snapped handbrake cable, rotten subframe and a host of other smaller defects. The car was worth no where near the money he paid for it and I imagine that this car never left the forecourt to get its MOT. Whilst I personally didn't buy the car from this company I've seen the state of the cars they sell 1st hand and feel I should warn other potential customers. Buy a car from these rogues at your peril.

So i find a car whats seems good for the price i asked a few questions refarding previous mot etc the guy point blank lied saying it was mot til november when infact it had 4days left luckily unlike others on here i had a lucky escape not risking the 120mile travel down there please do your research before buying from robin hood motors and always check mot history and possibly the reviews of the dealership you purchase from.

Don’t trust Robin Hood Motors, definitely don’t give them any of your hard earned cash, worse rogue trader ever, trading standards have been notified

Avoid Robin Hood Motors like the plague. Absolutely shocking. Won’t return calls or messages - gets you off site as quickly as possible. Don’t pay this guy money.

Went to see a Corsa 1.4 sxi, looked immaculate in the pictures got there done HPI was cat D not stated in add, started it engine light come on car was juddering, luckily I had my diagnostic machine with me fault come up maf air sensor, opened bonnet plug had been loosened clearly as it just dropped off, long story short avoid robin hood motors.

Went to look at a golf, no paper work, no MOT certificate. Tyres bold, car was dirty, not a car dealership, AVOID!!

Bought VOLVO XC90, do not trust them very bad experience will be taking them to court very soon. Contacted to resolve the matter won't even reply or ready to speak. very disappointed. Stay away.

Robin Hood Motors are only interested in your money once deal is completed you don't exist to them again trading standards need to visit this so called used car company.

Absolutely dreadful service and after-care from Robin Hood Motors, they answer the phone when you ring them claiming to be busy and that they will call you back every time BUT NEVER DO. literally a joke of a company to deal with incredibly unprofessional and shocking customer service. had an issue with the car i bought as needed a minor repair of the back light. they took almost a month to get it sorted. just stay way far too much hassle
