The after purchasing service is non existence. On numerous times we have been fobbed of by excuses and rudeness. Our car is currently still with them after it being dropped off a week ago, it was a breakdown and they would not collect it, said the warranty would not cover the cost?? Of recovering it. Have had no communication in a week, they had no courtesy cars to give us, they were ALL being used by the amount of customers who's cars are in for faults. Please stay away.

they couldnt send a car manuel with a brand new car for my friend of 82. hes not got a computer.sent emails believed to b head office 14 april 2022.they replyed stating it will be sent from this company, as they contacted them.27th may 2022. still no sign.kept on asking on his behalf.he had to go in promises again .lies from company still not got.once they have money no customer care afterwards.once they get u to review in show room. was thinking of buying a car here .no chance.doing this on behalf of person who bought car.

Agree totally about appalling lack of concern. Sold me the car knowing I didn`t have the means to down load instruction manual. Promised to supply paper copy when I subsequently visited the showroom for this purpose but failed to do so. Have not replied to my recent letter. I have had the car for 6 months now but have no idea how to reset tyre pressures or use any but most basic controls. I have always praised R & D Salford and bought many new cars over the years but never again. Don`t simply write me off as a non-techie who needs paper handbooks. Remember - if they can be so cavalier and utterly inconsiderate about this they can be inconsiderate about YOUR complaint as well!
Paid to reserve a car online, only to get a call the following day saying they've sold it and refund will take up to 10 days! They suggested an alternative car £11000, 40k miles, petrol. I'd reserved a £15000, 13k miles diesel!!

Bought a new car from them, been in garage over 3 weeks and they refuse to supply a courtesy car. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. No customer care or aftersales service whatsoever.

I do love the car I bought, the guys were really nice but I did feel like I was chasing them up for most things. When I went to test drive it on the day they had lost the keys so I didn't get to test drive the car and they are yet to send me a second key. I wouldn't say they were bad guys, they could just do with a touch more professionalism.
