Highly Disappointed with the service and quality I bought a Audi TT 2018 black edition I had the following issues 1.2 weeks of having the vehicle the water pump/ thermostat fails 2. Car front Grill cracked 3 . Car has had previous poor bodywork done which wasn’t declared by the dealer 4. The bang and olfusen system passenger speaker blown 3. Sold a vehicle with 70%+ worn brake pads 4. Uneven and non matching cheap tires even 5. Passenger door sil heavily damaged Nearly 2 months no response has been provided been getting the runaround by Audi Lowesoft and Audi Uk
Very big liers these people from Audi Lowestoft. Specifically Alex Marsh and the “big “manager Stephen Gowing which had the guts to tell me not to send emails anymore. I bought an A8 Audi Approved 1,5 years ago. We had some issues with the tyres which were really worn. They didn’t want to replace them . I escalate this problem to Ombudsman, waited 1 year to sort it out and finally they had to pay for my tyres. Now I discovered there is some problem with the EGR . They say again this in not covered by the warranty and they can not cover the costs . I thing these are the only words the know. Shitty service , very poor customer service and very impolite people. Don’t let yourself be fooled by these people . They do everything untill they sell you the car, after that all they say is “ not covered by the warranty “ and “ not willing to cover the costs”! A bunch of thieves and disrespectful people after I paid £33.000 cash for the car.
Took my Audi A7 in Aug 2019(on my holiday), due to gear was not changing as expected. I was told the Stronic gearbox require replacing. I was given a bill of nearly £9k to change the gearbox(including labour and VAT). I have immediately contacted the dealer who I bought the car from the year before from Badford(non audi dealer). They rightly asked me to take the car to my local Audi dealer in Doncaster and not to leave my car in Audi Lowestoft and do not trust them, they just try to charge extra if they can get away with it. Audi Doncaster correctly said to me there is no issue with the gearbox. They updated the software free of charge and everything was fine. I paid £220 as well to change the gearbox oil. After few months I came back to Audi Lowestoft that why you said I need changing gearbox when there wasn't any issue. The response was you have not changed your gearbox oil on time and it will eventually break within 3 months. Clearly Audi Lowestoft just wanted to make sure if I make a legal complaint about the bill, I do it after 6 months which is too late to legally make a complaint. I still have the car(May 2021) and absolutely no issue with the gearbox. Just thinking about how many innocent Audi drivers have been charge with this sort of Bill incorrectly without knowing the truth.
We drove to Lowestoft from London. Car was as described. Found Nigel Buxton very helpful and straightforward. You never know with a salesman - they tend to be likable. The car has been as good as it looks and described.

I have just bought an Audi A3 S/H 2017 from Lowestoft Audi and very pleased with the Sales Manager,Stephen Gowing who makes a lovely cup of coffee.I hope the service keeps up in the future if any problems arise. Keep it up. Jim

Took my TT in to have a new window regulator fitted....I was told I could pick the car up 2 days later, it ended up being 5 days later! When I picked my car up it was covered in water marks where they had attempted to wash it and failed miserably. They’d also done a ECU upgrade without telling/asking me and wipped my remap off, without an apology or anything to show they cared in the slightest. Unless your buying a brand new car they treat you like dirt. Will never go back to Lowestoft Audi.

Awful experience of buying a used approved Audi Q7 at Lowestoft Audi, car was not clean on arrival for test, had huge Chips in bonnet, panels loose and scratches to rear - was told what could I expect from a 2 year old car. Throughout the sale they were deceitful, unapologetic for mistakes including wrong mileage on paperwork, wrong car on gap insurance, no service records presented and wrong name on dvla log book. Utterly useless bunch from top to bottom. Don't waste your time go elsewhere.
