The review title was just the beginning, a long wait due to huge demand and limited supply. But Rodgers did bit and my order slowly advanced. The car itself is fantastic, it feels classy and a lot more expensive than it actually is. When l finally took delivery l shook the salesman's hand for a job well done.
BOUGHT SEVERAL CARS FROM RODGERS OVER THE YEARS, THIS TIME HAD A CAR ONE DAY AS I NEVER TEST DROVE IT, THE SALES LADY RIPPED ME OFF TO THE SUM OF 1.206POUND, I PAID 9.206 FOR A KIA PICANTO TOOK IT A SATERDAY PHONED RODGERS MONDAY TO SAY CAR GUTLESS NO GOOD FOR MY NEEDS AND I PICKED OUT A HYUNDAI I10 ON FORECOURT SHE STATED WHEN FILLING IN FORMS YOU ONLY GET 8000 BACK! VERY UPSET AS BEEN LOYAL TO RODGERS TILL SHE DID THAT .,NOW IN HANDS OF CAR OMBUDSMAN, GO ELSEWHERE TO A DEALER WHO APPRECIATES LONG TERM CUSTOMERS,

Salesmen very helpful. Gave information and answers to all queries. Alex was pleasant and explained details of the car thoroughly. Would recommend dealership to friends.

after buying a car from rogers of crownhill plymouth , the car developed a couple of faults, so i rang there service department and spoke to the sevice manager ( COLIN ) who imediatly started saying--- you got no chance if you want a courtesy car , you will have to book your car in three weeks from now if you want a courtesy car, or if you dont need a courtesy car , we could do the fault in about ten days instead, LEAVING ME NO WAY TO GET HOME OR TO WORK. this is what they dont tell you when your in the showroom getting buttered up by the salesmen. please please , if you do want to buy from them , ask the right questions , get the answers on paper, or record the lies onto your mobile phone while your still there in front of the salesman , so you have proof . DONT BUY IF YOU THINK ITS A LIE. i have bought two cars from here over the last 18 years and nothing has changed , when it comes to the lies and lazyness from the service manager.

The sales person was not fully up to speed with information about my new car to the point that after we had picked up the car, I found that things that we had wanted were not on the model that I received, also the Car road Tax was 5 times more than we had been told again because of the model I had chosen. I think this is down to poor training. (Also I should have been a little more Diligent in my research and a little less naive in trusting in the salesperson) When I phoned and spoke to the sales person they checked whilst I was on the phone and just said "sorry their mistake," This was a pity and considering I was also about to order the next car for my wife it will now not be a Hyundai from Rodgers of Plymouth. Having said all that I am very happy with my car. I would have just like the spec I was told I would have.
