Overall dissatisfied due to lack of skill and professionalism. I had taken my car to investigate a knocking noise which turned out to be the rear wheel bearing but before they fixed that, they suspected the front drive shafts which I was asked to get changed so I agreed. After this was replaced the sound I had reported was still present and a new fault had been introduced where the car would grind in first gear. After spending hundreds on multiple taxis back and forth I was told I have to spend another hundred for them to investigate this fault that they introduced. Which I also naively agreed to, following their investigation of the prop shaft they said they see nothing wrong with the car, and it has a gutless engine which is probably what I am hearing! Although I demonstrated the fault which is a completely different thing, related to what feels like the drive shaft that they changed. In the end I was told if I wish to pour hundreds more into it they are happy to carry on investigating! I am not too happy with this verdict as they introduced this fault by changing something that didn't need changing in the first place. Will never be going back here again, huge regret trying it out.

Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever received from anywhere I’ve ever been. Don’t know what’s happened to this place since December!! Ordered a part from them in December. They told me they had a second hand part I could buy they had in stock, I said yes please I’ll take it. They said it’s just on an engine they need to take it off. Well it’s mid February now. I’ve called them countless times left my name and number every single time and still haven’t heard anything back. I just get lied to continuously!! It’s really not that hard to call someone at least once in 10 weeks!! I will never be going to them again!!
I have used Rogers three times in the last three months. Like me my Range Rover is getting on in years. Each time l have found Rogers to be very efficient and all the staff are extremely polite, Their service is second to none. The final account for my vehicles last major surgery was even less that the minimum amount quoted which l thought was very fair in this day and age when everyone seems to be after everything they can get. Well done and thank you to all at Rogers..

Dealt with Rogers of Bedford many times over many years. Rogers have always been very helpful. I have no complaints and will continue to use their services.
My Range Rover went into Rogers of Bedford for the air conditioning condenser to be replaced through the warranty from the garage I bought the car from. On picking the car up I noticed that my front offside light bracket was broken. This had to be removed by the mechanic to fix the air conditioning but on fixing it he broke the light bracket. They also did not put back on the dust cap for the air conditioning filler pipe. This has been over 2 months now and they originally ignored my emails, then on phone conversations a new light was promised to be posted to me. I am still waiting and have now found out that my air conditioning is still not working. I have complained to the Motor Ombudsman, although he does not think that Rogers of Bedford are an accredited business and may not be able to help. I have contacted the Consumer Helpline and they have advised me to tell Rogers of Bedford that I am taking the car to a new garage to have the work done again and to invoice them. Rogers of Bedford want to take the car in but we live over 70 miles away, why should I go all that way again! Also, as I have lost all trust and faith in this garage and don't think they will use reasonable care and skill with my car. They did not even tell me that they had broken the light fitting but on reporting it to them they said the mechanic must have forgotten to tell his manager! They originally told me they would keep the car in for a couple of days so they could check the new air conditioning was working correctly and no leaks found, but on the day of delivering the car to them, they had the work done within 3-4 hours (a rush job?) I would not use this garage again. Also, I did take my car in to them once as it had a small power failure, they could not find anything wrong and it still has a power failure.
