Amazing service. Recently purchased a Freelander and it couldn't be better. An absolutely brilliant car, I feel like I'm driving a magic carpet! We viewed it, went away and a couple of days later we were back and it was ours. The guys down there couldn't have been any better. We mainly dealt with Adam and he was so helpful and informative. It was a really easy process, really really pleased with it! Great experience here, we will definitely be back in the future when ready for something new, for now though we will defo defo recommend to everybody!

Bought BMW 3 series at the end of July. Just like others, I had to wait for a week (MOT, valeting, etc). Interestingly, OSR shock absorber, 2 weeks later was totally gone. Steering column had had annoying knocking, known as a common fault among BMWs. How this car passed its MOT with damaged shock absorber and its cushioning? Their warranty, A1 APPROVED, is totally worthless. Faulty steering column, requiring repair kit, is not covered by the warranty. This is not a "wear and tear" issue, yet warranty refused to cover it. Local garage assured me, they have tried everything to make it covered, and I believe them. Vents in the car work when they want to. They even did not bother to replace front side light bulb!! Their policy "no refunds on deposit" is frustrating. If the loan is not approved, the deposit is gone. Stay away from them.

Stay away from Rogers of Brock (RoB). Bought a 3 series from RoB which has had nothing but issues. As soon as I took the car on the motorway on the way home I noticed a rumble sound. I rang up and was told to take the car to their local garage they use, Green Lane. Took the car in, no issues could be found. I have since taken it to two other garages who have walked away from the car as it's too much to take on! So far it's needed coils changing, wiper jets (which were done on the latest mot from their local garage, so Green Lane did fix that for free), and now I'm told the rumble sound that has been the ongoing issue is the prop shaft, and drive shaft. I have tried to make contact for a refund and they are denying all knowledge of the issue (rumble sound). They are also refusing to fix the car which I would have accepted, I was just pointed to their warranty company which is pretty worthless. I wish I had emailed RoB from the start as Green Lane Garage are also saying I did not mention anything to them. So they are clearly pretty closely linked. The sales/con man said he drove the car 400 miles before sale and saw no problem, and because it's been 8 months and the car has been driven about 3k miles (just pottering around due to lockdown, and with the issues that keep cropping up at speeds so no motorway journeys). I've done a motorway trip to London where rumble sound happened 3 days after purchase and again to Manchester when the check oil warning came on. I've had the clutch go and revs shot up with a really bad sulphur smell filling the car, it's gone into limp move on occasions too. I'm having to use my partner's car, and I'm £8k down due to these liars and absolute con artists. I have advised everyone I know to avoid this company. I also actually found someone I know who purchased a 4x4 from them which was full of issues and ended up just getting scrapped. I can tell from the other reviews and RoB replies they know exactly what they are doing to get away with ripping people off. Check out independent reviews sites, not Google reviews which they can control (2* instead of 4*). I would advise anyone, even someone I didn't like, to steer clear of RoB. If you do, make sure you fully check the car out, or get it checked by a professional, test drive on all road types (if they bother to put any fuel in it for you to do so), and email any problems instead of calling so there is evidence from the start.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your purchase but all of our vehicles are provided with a 12 month parts & labour warranty which paid out for your wiper jet fault/coil pack and warning light. At no point have any other faults been found e.g the clutch nor any rumbling noise. You contacted the warranty company 04/05/21 (6 months after purchase) regarding the alleged rumbling noise and were advised to get a diagnosis and quote from a garage of your choice. it is now November and the warranty company are still awaiting a quote. May I respectfully point out at no time have we refused to fix any issues you have raised but are unable to assist you without a diagnosis and quote. I am also somewhat confused you say that you are unable to use the car, yet it passed its MOT with no issues just 3 weeks ago having covered approx 5,500 miles since purchase.

I made all faults clear over phone which was clearly a mistake. I've arranged for this to get fixed myself because the garages you recommend and work with are useless, as is your warranty company. May I respectfully point out you did refuse and said you and the garage would testify against me, and because nothing was put in writing from myself at the start there was nothing I could do. I've only covered 5500 miles in the year because most the time the car was not useable. I've spent over 3k on the drive shafts, callipers which were put on incorrectly, and brake discs and pads. It's working perfectly now, no thanks to you or your incompetence.
