Deposit placed on vehicle with assurances it would be available for collection within a week. Specifically queried registration documentation as no history found. Was told that the vehicle ready to collect but I'd have to complete the purchase with someone else's private number plate on, and then transfer over at a later date. Sales staff were aware of this at the time as recalled examples of registration transfers taking 2 months to sort out. No credible response to complaint and request for deposit to be returned, just misrepresentation of clear facts, Latest is unless I transfer funding to complete the purchase within 24 hrs, car will be sold to someone else. Shocking. Trading standards are now involved. I've dealt with this company in the past without issue and am very disappointed in the handling of this. There's plenty of reputable dealers out there and auto trader and ebay are full of cars - so just be very wary of this outfit. Please avoid

My daughter has just been to view an immaculate silver SLK - I would have usually gone with her but I am working abroad. The sales executive Adam was lovely with her and explained in detail the workings of the car and insisted she took it out for a drive. She ultimately bought it, She got a fantastic part exchange for her old car without him even seeing the as she was in my wife's. My daughter has commented of the caring and professional manner in which she was treated by everyone at Roger's of Brock and I have no hesitation in recommending them for you daughter's or even your own next car. Very happy with the service from this company,Adam was very helpful no pushy sale talk just up front about everything and gave some good advice, one surprise was when he handed me the key for a test drive and said go enjoy your self. once again thanks Adam.

I will never reccomend Rogers of Brock for as long as I walk this earth. Dangerous cars, dangerous attitudes, they don't care about anyones safety as long as they get coin in their back pocket. Hopefully someone can put them out of business before they kill someone with the death traps they sell.

Late husband had a nightmare with this company a few years back. Suspiciously glowing reviews on the trader site,very similar in phrasing.
We recently purchased a BMW X3 from Rogers of Brock and in all honesty blown away by service! We arrived on the bank holiday Monday around half an hour before they were due to close, on site staff didn’t rush us in any way, valued our car for a trade in, moved the car we were viewing for a test drive and in general made us feel at ease before being told to take the car for a good test drive! We returned 20 minutes later and again not hassled in any way. A deal was sorted with Adam and we arranged to collect our new car on the following Friday with no hitches.
