I bought a car from T W white & sons Orpington Mazda, bought from a dealer as I don’t trust 2nd hand car retailers as I had problems in the past, so got a Mazda 3 with a 3 year warranty, took it to Mazda Romford from the get go for service and MOT every year to make sure the warranty stays valid and as it’s Mazda you put more trust in them, how wrong was I, I took my car this year to another Mazda dealer Brayley just to see what they find different as Romford Mazda picks up the same issue year on year and this time surprise MOT fail because of a missing headlight washer pump, the dealer phoned me within the hour took me to the workshop and showed me the issues, it was all glued shut and made nice so a normal person wouldn’t even notice it, now how did my car manage to pass every MOT up until now so it’s not like I can blame the garage where I got it from Mazda Romford should have raised this from the start and do a proper job really disappointed if you can’t even put your trust in a dealer, have emailed them separately will update the review once the issue gets resolve reg LY64ECD

They mess up people cars when they take them there then they are rude. They hide things and they are so unprofessional. All about money then goodbye and they are expensive and neglegent. All customers go to other branches. The service manager is the main problematic person. Rude and stuck up. By elsewhere. Any 5 star reviews is probarbly from themselves. John
Bought a used Mazda from here last year, the salesman, Dean, was very friendly and helpful right up until I took the car home. They then ignored all emails to address issues that I'd noticed with the car and didn't call back despite promising to. Having not learned my lesson, I went back to them for a servicing, the mechanical basics were all covered but they did a shoddy clean of the car and left a decent scratch which I didn't notice until I got home (again I have still not heard an apology or reply from them). It is also worth noting that I was given £100 for a car as part exchange, which Dean assured me was the highest he could go because it would be scrapped. Predictably, the car wasn't scrapped and a year later it still has a valid MOT and is valued at £950. The car itself is decent but do your own research, and don't trust the salesmen (another point to mention, that when I was checking out the car before buying, I knew more about its features than the salesman who had been sent to test drive it with me).
I recently purchased a used Mazda CX-5 from Romford Mazda. H was such a helpful salesman nothing was too much trouble. I phoned them the day before to see if the car was still available and he got the car ready for me to drive away the next day. Such an easy process of buying a car. This review sounds like Romford Mazda trying to counteract the truthful negative reviews. Once they have your money that is it then they treat you like dirt if anything goes wrong. There is no great work
I purchased a Low mileage CX5 one month ago whilst happy with car upon taking delivery , the next day the drivers door mirror failed to work , as I live 150 miles from dealership I took it to my local dealer who fixed it under warranty , whilst there they told me there was an outstanding recall on the fuel pump , why wasn’t that fixed before I took delivery ?. This is the worst car I have owned it’s noisy under acceleration the seats are uncomfortable, I have left many messages for the salesman to call me back , sent emails No response , I have asked them will they buy the car back from me No response. Would I recommend this dealership ? No way .

My first service on my CX5 today was excellent. Due to the pandemic, I opted for a collection service from my home. The delivery/collection driver displayed 100% care in social distancing, PPE worn and disinfected my car and keys very efficiently. The service was carried out to Mazda Romford's usual high standard. PPE and covid regs on return of my car back to my husband at home was as impressive as the morning. Thanks to Debbie for organising and Chris for excellent customer service. Maybe that's why I've bought four cars from Mazda Romford.

I recently purchased a vehicle at Mazda Collier Row. I initially met with salesman Dean O’Connor who showed me vehicles for sale and patiently explained how everything worked. I found him to be very polite and a mine of information without being pushy, which allowed me to make my own informed decision. At the time I decided not to go ahead, however Dean left me with his card just in case I changed my mind. A few days later I did change my mind and again Dean was on hand to make all the arrangements for me to collect the car the next day. I found Buying a car from Mazda at Collier Row a smooth and a very positive experience and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Polight while selling you a car if you are fortunate but you wait till you need help with it. Buying might be smooth but nothing else. Pure mistakes and they avoid accepting resonsibility. A horrible place to work. Going from one branch to another mistake? You see behind the scenes. Causing damage on purpose during the MOT process. Service manager not professional so who is there to help, Clueless and speaks to people like they are idiots. Looses vital information. I noticed you have mentioned a full name there. Usually it is a first name basis. Sounds a unusual but anyway hope you enjoy the car but tske it to Grays if you need any help with it or Enfield.
Today I collected my CX5 from Mazda Romford, the overall experience was excellent from viewing, test drive, purchase to collection. We are used to buying cars , and this is my second Mazda so we really new the majority of the speck but Harmun patiently identified all the extras we were getting and set the Bluetooth ,and Sat Nav up for us also. Harmun was a sincere, transparent salesman with a sense of humour, made himself aware of customer need and whose knowledge of the product was excellent. Thankyou

I bought a Mazda MX5 from Romford Mazda 7 months ago. Within a month I had an issue of the car making a really loud rattling noise and it's been ongoing ever since. It's been in the garage on 4 separate occasions. Twice for over a week and twice for a weekend. Every time they tell me they're picking it up they forget to or turn up 3 hours late. Can not wait to get rid of my car because of them. Never again!

I agree. Once you pay them they don't want to help you. They probarbly sabotaged your car to make money on the repairs. Sorry to hear that. Take it for a second opinion. Mazda is not a bad brand but you want a good service but you will not get it at Romford Mazda, especially if you deal with Chris. Youtube might help get to thd bottom of your issues with your car. All the best with it
