Called Romford Mazda for a 24,000 mile service, but according to the woman in the Service dept our registration plate was not on the "National Database" so it couldn't be a Mazda, so she couldn't help us. I was hoping we had a Ferrari, but alas a phone call to another dealership revealed we did in fact have a Mazda 3, according the the "National Database", which is booked in to be serviced, but NOT with Romford Mazda. So note to Madza Romford use the "National database" others use you may not have to turn away customers.

I found the car I wanted at Romford Mazda on the internet. Two phone calls and an e mail message later we had agreed a trade in for my car (another Mazda). Everything was efficiently handled, the new car is great and the time I spent was minimised. Thank you for great service. God bless David

I have had warranty work carried out by the service department at Romford Mazda and was always kept informed of progress. I have just traded in my 3 year old Mazda 6 for a new Mazda 6 SE-L Lux. My special thanks to Dean O'Connor for his knowledge and advice in helping me choose the right car for my needs. All the staff from the Reception to the owner were approachable and friendly and catered for my every need. I am particularly impressed with the personal touches like tuning my new Mazda to my favourite stations, as these were noted when my old car was in for service. A real pleasure to do business with thank you.

Due to some confusion over servicing that was my own fault the team in the service department at Romford Mazda sorted everything out quickly and efficiently and went beyond the normal call of duty to ensure my car was serviced and up to date. Fantastic staff and attitude to customer care.....
