Fraser Inns was amazing with helping me purchase my new Suzuki swift xVery quick and efficient . Kept me updated all the way to let me know when to expect my car in . Also he was very patient and understanding when explaining to me all the details etc . Also Fraser phoned me after the purchase to see how I was doing with my new car so happy with the quality of service he gave .

I purchased a Suzuki Jimny from Romford Suzuki and experienced friendly, helpful and very professional service. In particular, Steven Dowton managed the whole process for me and was extremely helpful. Also Paul Scotchford made a special effort to ensure that the financing process was concluded speedily and efficiently. The car was delivered in immaculate condition and even sooner than I had expected. I also received a post delivery call from Steven to make sure that everything was in order. I was very impressed with the whole experience and I would definitely recommend this company!

Love my local Suzuki Romford dealer & servicing. Been using them for 15 years. The service is always 5 star from sales to servicing, Always helpful, polite, welcoming & if ever an issue with the car, an appt is made immediately & issue is resolved sometimes at their cost. Thank you all for your support over the years .
Apart from having to spend nearly £20000 this was the best experience in car sales we have ever had and we are pensioners Barry you’re a proper Essex diamond!! From us Hertfordshire hedgehogs, you made parting with money almost bearable. Seriously we had excellent service and would recommend these guys, we are old enough to remember the ‘hard sell’ and the modern ‘ignore the customer’ and Suzuki Romford have found the right balance.
