So friendly and really relaxed there was no pressure at all and we felt extremely valued as they took the time to welcome us and find out all our needs. The car was immaculate and drove well, we decided to part ex our car and we believe this was a real fair price not haggling just straight up honest people. I purchased a Quashqui last year from Romsey Car Sales and had 5 days left before the 6 month warranty ran out when my car would not start. RAC dropped it off to RCS who then were amazing in getting a very complicated electrical fault fixed for me. It took 6 weeks of getting to the bottom of the fault and must have costed Steve, the owner of RCS a fortune on top of the warranty.They constantly kept me updated. All the staff were so helpful even dropping of courtesy cars to my work address for me to use. Thank you Steve, Jason, Jimmy and Kirsten you put my faith back in human beings. My next car will be purchased from Romsey Car Sales, their after care is amazing.

Unfortunately, Romsey Car Centre sold me a Complete Turkey. Went back there three times to get it fixed with a clutch problem, but they just couldn’t do it. Eventually i gave up, and still have a clutch issue. They were quite happy for me as a self employed person to keep taking days off to take van back to them for repair, and i lost in a total 5 days pay. The final time i came back from there, when they said that they had fixed it, the engine guard underneath just fell off. I also had to go to another shop in Southampton to get the alarm fixed, as it just kept going off by itself. There was a few other issues with the van, but too many to write down here. AVOID
