I bought my second car on the 9/4/2018 It was the second time the administration let them down by not taxing the car with the correct amount and taking double the time for me to be able to collect it. They have now changed policy so it can’t happen again,and the offer to my self in way of saying sorry was generous. My first car a Alfa gave years of services with no problems. I am still waiting to be able to collect my BMW. 29/4/2018

We have bought 3 cars over the years from Ron Skinner (Collecting the 3rd this week) and their service is brilliant. Never had any issues with the cars we have bought. We are never under any pressure from the Sales Team, and able to test drive our cars beforehand. The Team always go out their way to help and give the best possible customer service. We will always be returning customers and recommend them highly. Back last year we bought another car from a company local to Ron Skinner, and the experience had been awful - We have learnt from this and will never go anywhere else again.

I have bought my last 5 cars from Ron Skinner. I always start looking here just to see what's about with the intention of looking further afield. I never get past Skinners as EVERY time I find several cars I love. My only problem is which 1 do I choose. They are not like normal sales people. They let you know they are near if you need help but I never feel pressured into buying. I LOVE Ron Skinners and will always recommend them. I am just about to buy my next car from them.

Car lost a lot on resale. They done an mot on car 3 months after the last one. The mileage they input was wrong so when i went to sell there was an inaccurancy. They knew what they did. Avoid !!!! Cant remember date of sale below.

New car? Only come here!! Always bought cars less than £1000 before but thought I'd treat myself even though was nervous with having never had experience of buying a car from a show room before. I previously had a car from certain cowboys based in Cardiff and this certain 'car shop' ripped me off in every which way they possibly could!!! After a long discussion, with the very extensive list of wrong doings, Inc the safety of the car, I finally managed to take the original car back at no cost to me. This made me really nervous about going elsewhere but after reading reviews, seeing the ron Skinner & Sons sticker on so many cars local to me and many verbal recommendations I gave in and tried Ron Skinner & Sons....and I am soooo glad I did! I found many cars I was interested in but 2 in particular, called ahead and when I got there, they were both out front waiting for me to view and test drive. They don't pounce on you when you first walk, but let you know that they are there for assistance when you're ready, which was great. I felt no pressure from them whatsoever like the other place, they made me feel comfortable and took me through the whole process quickly, yet clearly. They were friendly, helpful and I can honestly say, whether it's your first time getting a car or not, definitely pop across to Ron Skinner & Sons! I, personally, will never go anywhere else and anyone I know getting a new car will definitely be brought here!! ☺ Thank you so much, I am absolutely loving my new car 😊😊😊
