I bought a year old Ford puma off Ron skinners & sons I was very impressed with service car was in Tredegar but I was in crosshands dealerships so they brought it down test drove it & bought car staff were very helpful kind & courteous Chris was sales man fantastic answered all my questions & Andrea Woods did all paperwork side of things highly recommend car was very clean in & out

I questioned when purchasing my vehicle about the £1000 off any car, I was informed it was only selected vehicles. I thought I had mis heard the advertising, picked up my new VW Polo which I am very pleased with. The advertising carried on and I did contact RS again to ask if the advertising was false to be informed that they would be sorting out the error in the advertising. Where to start? Bought a Peugeot 3008 from Cardiff in February and was promised the scratches/chips on the doors and bumper would be sorted. They were not. The car also had a chipped windscreen and the stop/start does not work. Took the car back and had it back a week later pretty much in the same state. Had it back again today and they have only sorted the bumper and windscreen. The stop/start still doesn't work and the doors look awful after being 'touched up.' This is the third car I've bought from Ron Skinner and it will definitely be the last. I made it very clear we would only be interested in the car if the body work was sorted and, in Sales Manager Nigel's words, they have over promised and under delivered but absolutely will not do anything about the doors now.

Dealt with the Crosshands team, and they made buying my new car a pleasant experience. They were extremely helpful and friendly and made the whole process easy. They brought the car from another site so I could look at it first. There was no pressure or hard sales pitch. Felt they were fair with the part exchange.

Happy with the service. Chris Baker the sales man was polite and helpful. Ron Skinner's my first stop for a new car. Ease of purchase and part ex exchange. Collection took 10 minutes or so from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.
