I went to ron skinner Cardiff and what a totally different experience I didn't feel pressurised at all I had a week to fully decide if it was what I wanted to do the sales person Regan was very understanding and helped us throughout im so happy with the car . The whole team worked to get me the payments and best deal possible. From a terrible experience previous form a different car shop ronskinner experience was 100% I will definitely return to ronskinner Cardiff in the future.

Recently bought a car in Ron Skinner,The sales man Chris Baker was so helpful ,it was great to have someone who took time to look for a car that we wanted and he found one for us nothing was to much trouble .Customer service was excellent the girls in the office who completed our transactions where so customer friendly and very professional.Well done everyone 10/10. Went up to part exchange my car for a newer one. Thought there would be nothing there till I saw the vehicle I wanted actually drive into the sales park! Fate or what! - Aron came out to see me and gave me a great deal on my car for part exchange as well as explain some details about the car i was purchasing. Took me to the sales desk where Andrea sorted all the details out and was able to book collection on the new car the following day - great staff and service throughout thanks again I love the new wheels!!
