Hi, We are sorry to see that you have left a negative review regarding your experience with our business. We have looked into the matter, and this situation is not something that we can seem to recall, and as you haven`t left any details of the car you have purchased or your personal details and we haven`t had any reports of any cars breaking down recently we feel this may be a review made in error. If you could call us, or email us with reference to this review, that would be great. We are a family run dealership of more than 20 years, and thus have built a fantastic reputation because we are known for having brilliant aftercare and being able to quickly resolve problems such as the one you have stated in your review. As already stated, we have no recollection of you as a customer, absolutely zero documentation regarding such an issue, and no knowledge of you ever contacting us to help with the supposed problem. We believe this review is either fake, or completely uncalled for. We hope that anyone reading this review will realise this isn`t a genuine review either fabricated or intended for another dealer. We will continue to investigate this review, and should we find this it is fake, legal action will be required as this is something we take very seriously. In addition to this, I will be keeping in further contact with Car Dealer Reviews to look into this further. Thank you.

Hi Michael, I am sorry to see that you have left a negative review regarding your experience with our business. I have looked into the matter, and this situation is not something that we can seem to recall, and as we are not provided with your last name or the details of the car you have purchased, we are slightly confused with regards to the supposed issue. If you could call us, or email us with reference to this review, that would be great. I would like to however clear a few things up, as I feel that your unverified review is fairly unjust... ARC: We have no idea who the ‘ARC’ is… However we do work very closely with Swansea Trading Standards, and welcome anyone who wishes to use their official assessors to assess our vehicles. Warranties: Details with regards to our warranty are stated both on our website, on the warranties website, and in the handbook given to you on the day of collection. Our warranty is dealt with by a reputable third-party company, and we have not received any complaints regarding ‘discrepancies’ from thousands of previous customers that have taken out the policy. If this was the case, we simply would not choose to do business with such a company. Vehicle Valuations: As stated in your review, one of our sales staff apparently backed out of purchasing your vehicle after agreeing a price. This statement in particular is completely untrue. We nationally price check cars that come to us for a valuation, using both our own experience and two valuation systems that come at a cost of thousands of pounds monthly. If we did not wish to purchase your vehicle, we wouldn’t provide a valuation in the first place, or additionally once we give a valuation we stick to it. The only way we would back out of purchasing your car, would be if you suddenly wanted more money for it that originally agreed, or if it was suddenly experiencing some major mechanical faults that would ultimately come at a further cost to us. In response to your individual ratings: Dealers Knowledge (1 Star) - Our sales team have over 50 years combined knowledge, and do their upmost best to maintain our well-known, professional, and highly rated reputation. They each come from different specialist backgrounds and are trained to ensure they their product knowledge is among some of the best. This is proven day-in, day-out… They work with us because of their extremely positive reputation within the trade, and due to the extent of their knowledge. Vehicle Cleanliness (2 Stars) - Each vehicle receives two pre-site inspections, as well as a full detail by our on-site detailer, who alone has over 30 years of experience. Before the vehicle leaves the site, it will receive another inspection and valet; dirty cars simply do not leave the site, therefore I believe that this rating in particular is some-what unfair. We are very particular about the way in which our cars in managed and maintained. Value for Money (1 Star) - Our cars are priced very competitively, and are priced checked every 2-3 days to ensure that they are priced fairly. We sell vehicles based on what we know they are worth, through extensive market research, and also through HPi which gives us a genuine valuation of the car. This data is primarily based on what other vehicles similar to that of the one in question, are retailing for across the country. Resolving Issues (1 Star) - We are known for having a well developed, and positive reputation for being able to resolve issues promptly and to the best of our ability. This is something we take very seriously and are widely recommended due to the aftercare we provide.
