DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. I suspect the positive reviews are fake. I spent thousands on a new car and problems from the start. They demanded a £400 delivery and admin fee which they did not disclose before purchase. They then lied and delayed so rather than getting my car the next day it took nearly a week. The car smelled of cigarette smoke and there was no paperwork. Immediately the window mechanism broke and they refused to pay for labour to fix it. The car then broke down within a month or so of purchase and it cost me £1300 to fix it. I was advised by my mechanic that the problem that had to be fixed was known before I bought the car and further that "someone" had tried to fudge it. Due to their lack of skill they damaged parts of the car engine, screws and valves which increased my costs. I sought to claim the money from them and they have ignored me despite my rights being protected under the Consumer Act due to the vehicle not being fit for purpose. I am now having to take them to court for reimbursement of thousands. Not only that, the car has just broken down yet again

£300 deposit paid due to being unable to see the vehicle re Covid, vehicle had 4 months left on the MOT I requested a full year MOT and some additional work( removal of stripe decal on rear tailgate), The vehicle failed the MOT with numerous failures, minor failures and advisories, after being given numerous delivery dates the vehicle arrived 2 weeks later. Vehicle was driven from Rossendale to North Yorkshire, I was not satisfied with the vehicle, the rear fog light was held on with masking tape, and the under steer was horrendous.After speaking with Jamal he moaned about having to get the vehicle repairs completed and has refused to repay the deposit. I wouldn’t touch this lot with a barge pole

Put a deposit down on a car at Rossendale Car Sales to then be told there is lots wrong with it and now the company are ignoring my Calls and keep saying there refund the money which 14 days later they haven’t.
