I bought a car from roundabout car sales stourbridge in November 2021.The car was unsafe, unfit for purpose. Refused a refund by the owner. I had no choice but to take out a section 75. Took a while but my claim was upheld. Most convincing liar i have ever met. Avoid if you want a decent vehicle. His friendly persona is uncovered when an issue arises with the service they have given.

Absolutely amazing service by Simon yesterday. I was very nervous about buying a new car after being let down in the past by previous dealers. Simon helped me through everything and answered every single question I had to ask, nothing was too much for him and he made me feel at ease. The car was exactly as described and he had no issue showing me how everything worked. I cannot thank Simon enough, I haven't stopped smiling since getting my car yesterday. He was the most friendly and polite sales man I have ever met. Will definitely be recommending Roundabout Car Sales to my friends and family.

Bought a car with new mot,full service ,and 3 months warranty from roundabout car sales.after two months had a major problem in gearbox .Simon and Harry had it sorted within the three months Free Warranty!!,and now its like a new car .Great Blokes,Great Service.Will always go there first for next car!.
