I bought a second hand Nissan Note from Nissan Rowstock on the basis it was local to me and (ironically) that this world make servicing and repairs easier. Every time my car has gone to the garage recently there has always been an issue and work has never been carried out efficiently. When the exhaust needed replacing they contrived to order the wrong spare parts, so that work was delayed and when the car was returned to me, the exhaust was and still is much nosier than before, suggesting that they did a botched job. I took the car to them last Friday to investigate rain coming in through the roof. I was not surprised to learn on Friday evening that they had not 'found the problem'. They asked to hang on to the car over the weekend. It is now mid-afternoon on Monday and I have just telephoned them to find out that they have 'nothing to report'. Apparently they may find something out later today, (when perhaps they will take a look at the car...)If you find this deplorable level of customer service acceptable, then this is the garage for you; otherwise my strong advice is to use another.

Car booked in for safety check on its chassis. Dropped off at 07:15 in the morning after being asked for it first thing. One call at 11:00 to be told it was being looked at after lunch and told I would be called once finished. Called once again at 16:00 to be told my car was next and that I could collect after hours and they would leave my keys on the car tyre! Not liking this I was forced to come down at 6 to collect. No apology. No paperwork given. Just told it was fine. Not what I expect from a main dealer. To top it off the post-it note that I had left on the chassis in the morning asking if the chassis was ok was still there when collected. Was it even looked at? I hope so but I can’t say I’d trust anything Nissan Rawstock say after being lied to multiple times in a day
Bought a Nissan Juke from Nissan Rowstock very pleased with it. Met a salesman called Mat easy to get on with plus he knew his job. I would use this garage again.

I had issue after issue with the Nissan I bought from Rowstock Didcot. I've had to spend money to help fix the issues and wasted a lot of time. The car wasn't clean, I would not recommend. if I could give 0 stars I would.
