’m leaving this review based on my personal experience. I purchased a vehicle from this business which developed a serious fault very shortly after purchase. I raised the issue promptly and repeatedly, but despite the car being kept for over a month, no clear diagnosis or resolution was provided. It was later established that the issue was caused by a severely blocked engine air filter — a basic fault that should have been identified much earlier. Throughout the process, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously and communication was poor. After more than a year of ongoing issues, delays, and failed attempts to resolve the matter directly, I was left with no option but to pursue the issue through the courts. I was successful in my claim and ultimately recovered my money. This was a stressful and time-consuming experience that could have been avoided with proper aftersales handling and a better understanding of consumer rights. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from here to keep detailed records and be fully aware of their legal rights should any issues arise.

I am writing this review to express my appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent purchase of a KIA Niro from this dealership. From my initial phone inquiry through to the test drive and the final purchase, I felt incredibly well taken care of throughout the process and extremely happy with the deal we got and new car!
Excellent service from start to finish from Adam who went the extra mile looking after my grandparents and me. It was actually an enjoyable experience unlike my other car purchases! I’m so happy with my new car and really appreciative of the service that we received today! Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new car.
An absolutely ridiculous company! I bough a car from them on the 11th Sep and up to this day, I still have not received my logbook. I have been going back to DVLA and them for the past three months, and they said they have returned the forms to DVLA, but the reply I got from DVLA is that they told DVLA they could not find the my record in their record?? How ridiculous is that? I literally bought a car from them and they don't have my record. Then they told me on the email that the form was sorted and nothing to worry about, literally were lying to me! Now that I have to pay extra to do a V62 form to DVLA to get my logbook and they still have the audacity to call me last week to ask me to pay extra to extend the warranty?! I start the question the authenticity of where these cars come from??? How would you not have any record in your system??? That is just mind-blowing.

Great sales experience at Rox cars. Was offered a fair part exchange value for my Qashqai and was guided through the sales and finance with no pressure applied. Car was ready to drive away the same day so the handover was seamless. Would definitely recommend.
