Bought a car from these guys for 50k+ after 3 months the engine went, phoned up to arrange for the dealership to sort a repair instead they fobbed me off and made me call the rac warranty they supply with their cars which covers absolutely nothing. Had to pay 10k+ in repairs out of my own pocket and the all the dealer is doing is ignoring my calls, also their staff are very rude i have called numerous times and they keep telling me nobody's in to take my call i will be taking legal action against this dodgy garage.

Great website, flash cars but totally incompetent & unprofessional. Took a deposit over the phone, I had to chase the seller Emanuel for updates for follow up while he was on holiday. Person from office can’t seem to deal/cover issue, refers me back to the seller on holiday. Had agreed to pickup the car on a Saturday which was not possible and implies confusion on date agreed. When communicating about balance owed on collection date: sends wrong invoice/wrong amount. When prompted exact figures I thought I owed I’m text back: why do I ask then! When payment was completed I walked to the car myself despite being told I’d been shown everything and drive off as seller too busy with people who walked in. He called to apologise, maybe his guilty conscience? Cannot trust what I bought so having it checked by Audi independently.

Sold a Audi A4, 2miles down the road the dashboard stopped working, then the door locks, now the clutch and flywheel are going. I've been told it's not covered under warranty. Paid 7k for the car now have another 5k in repairs. Stay clear of Roy Humphrey Car & Commercials.

Thank you for your review which as you know you are not disclosing the full facts, the Audi in question was a trade part exchange and sold as a sold as seen “spares or repairs” basis! Very unfair and unfounded review.
Clutch went after 2000 miles, not really fair wear and tear. Asked if Roy Humphrey Car & Commercials would help maybe with Labour but gave me a 'reduced quote that was dearer than my local garage. Wasn't a cheap vehicle, had supposedly gone through their workshop. Stay away
Saw a car at Roy Humphrey Car & Commercial valued at £15,995 paid down £500 to hold it. After the cowboy test drove my car he tried to tell me the clutch was going, when I said that their was nothing wrong with the clutch because if there was you would need to bring your foot right up to the top before the car moved, he then changed it to something being wrong with the pressure plate. So just before I went through with the credit agreement the cowboy said he would give me £5500 as part exchange, but due to the lack of service stamps he was gonna knock off £500. So I believed I was gonna get £5000 for my vehicle not even taken into the £500 deposit that I originally paid down. So I signed up the agreement to which I left with no paperwork.. Even though my wife queried it with him he came up with some B.S that the agreement was between me and the finance people.. When I waited for the agreement to arrive at home, I was shock to see he had put down a value of £4500 for my vehicle and my deposit of £500 was not even taken into account. I sent an email explaining all this but he has failed to get back to me.
