Just picked up my new nissan xtrail and im so happy!! Excellent service and very reliable. Bruno is definitely the most helpful person there. He helped and advised me from the beginning. I had regular contact and updates. No questions was un-answered. Bruno was so kind and helpful and very thorough. Would highly recommend Nissan Bury and would definitely ask for Bruno. This is the second time I've gone back to Nissan Bury. The service is great, from the sales team to the servicing teams, they are friendly, professional and very helpful. In finding a good deal. Would definitely recommend them.
Went to look at a X-Trail to see what they were like and wasn’t really looking to buy at the time. However, after really helpful customer service from Zeshan we were convinced this was the deal for us. Support all the way through to delivery of the vehicle with assistance from all the staff along the way. However it was Zeshan who made it all possible and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from him and RRG in the future.

Bought my Nissan Micra for £10,670 and all went well considering I was buying remotely. 4 weeks later I have a problem with the breaks, was told as I live in London I could go to any Nissan dealer as I have a 12 month warranty to get my problem fixed. Oh no, when I contacted my local Nissan they said firstly I would have to pay £150 for diagnostics then pay for any repair as brakes are wear and tear!!! I have had this car 4 weeks!! RRG Bury Nissan then said all Nissan dealers have their own policies, so basically the warranty unless I took it to Bury wasn't worth anything. Instead of them saying we will reimburse you if you take it to your local dealer as a gesture of goodwill, I was told to ring the RAC who could give me a free diagnostics and hope I have a good day!!! How's that for good customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Going to report this to Rip Off Britain. Something wrong here.
