Let me start by saying if you are willing to spend your money then Toyota Bury will let you spend it. However, this is as helpful as it goes. I had a Toyota Corolla I bought from this dealership. After 18 months I decided to sell it and a salesman at the garage assured me they would buy it and to bring it in. The car was immaculate, low mileage and full service history (serviced at Toyota Bury). I had a day off work and arrived at the garage, the salesman in question and the manager looked over the car and offered me an insulting 12k. They then went on to say “We shouldn’t do this but We Buy Any Car will offer you £500 more if you take it there”. Bear in mind I purchased the car and had it serviced at Toyota Bury. I eventually sold the car 3 days later to a Toyota dealership 200 miles away who paid 1.5k more than these untrustworthy guys and came and collected for free. If you want a Toyato from a dealership, do yourself a favour and stay well clear from these people.🤔
Visit date: 10/01/2025 Full service: Toyota Yaris I have been a long standing customer and regularly get my car serviced from RRG Bury, I chose to get my car serviced from main dealer as it gives me added peace of mind my car automatically qualifies for 12 months Relax warranty. During my visit for a full service I mentioned I have issues with the seatbelt and the gearbox, I was told this is not covered under the warranty when it clearly states in the warranty literature the gear box and seat belt tensioners are covered. I am absolutely disgusted how Toyota encourage you to get your car serviced from them and then do not honour any warranty work, as far I am concerned the Toyota Relax warranty is a scam in order for the dealership to charge higher prices and increase revenue. I would like to speak to a senior manager at RRG and explain to me what is acutally covered by the warranty. I have never claimed under warranty and would have thought the issues would have been addressed as a gesture of good will. I will now get my car serviced independently at a fraction of the price. Overall very dissatisfied, I am a driving instructor and will be informing my fellow colleagues to not use Toyota, in fact most have moved to Kia’s and I will be doing this same.

On the day of collection (Monday) was informed all was ready. I collected my car and headed home after a very brief introduction to the car and controls. I was informed I would be given a call on Wednesday to ensure all was satisfactory. 3 Wednesdays have now been and gone, no call. Maybe they don't have a phone? Oh yes they do. The salesman interupted our conversation and took 3 calls on his mobile whilst he was briefing me on the car. I was given lots of information on Mercedes and how easy they were to steal unlike Toyota. Why didn't this dealership know about WB 853 ? Why was the car not modified pre sale? On calling to ask about this I was advised to get GAP insurance! The service book isn't up to date. I was advised to drive a 90 minutes round trip to have it stamped and updated. The car mats were missing, again drive 90 minutes and you can have them. Why were they not in and ready on day of collection? Great pre collection checks! Obviously once RRG Bury has your hard earned cash, they care not!

Just picked up my new Toyota XEdge staff were kind and professional as always. :) Thank you Daryl as always for your professionalism and care ! As the saying goes...I'll be back :)
I was sold a Hyundai Tucson and i presumed i am buying a car from a reputable dealer, was never given a chance to test drive, they took advantage of my age and my disability .it had a steering problem and failed to rectify it, even after test drive, they would acknowledge the fault, The manager came out who was extremely Rude person and did not want to know about anything, I did a mistake by giving them cash deposit, what a big mistake, they refused deposit payment by credit card, use your deposit with credit card, at leat you can get your deposit back. Now I am stuck with a 19k vehicle with additional cost of 4,500. I tried to return the car next day but all I came was rude manager and other people saying i siged and it cannot be returned. I tried to get it fixed uner their warranty and was ignored. The warranty is not worth the paper its written on. According to my experience, please find another dealer.

Just your typical dishonest del boy type dealers, do not take your car into them for repair as they cause more problems than they solve and couldn't care less about it, just bunch of bully boy salesmen who treat customers like rubbish
