Had a fault with my car that I discovered a day after purchasing. Altho they tried to fix it they couldn't. Ford did diagnostics and it was over 2 grand. The owners started to threaten me if cane anywhere near the garage

I bought a car from these cowboys and was told numerous times it had road tax!! They must have thought this was my first time buying a used car because tax isn't transferred to the new owner!! Anyway they said they'd tax it for me and I took their word. Big mistake from my part because I was driving around without tax for 2 days. They didn't tax it yet told me they had. It's only when I got the finance company involved suddenly it got taxed! Also I was told the car had 2 previous keepers yet when the V5 Logbook arrived in my name it was showing 3 previous keepers. I did raise a complaint with the finance company again but these people lied out their teeth and said I didn't ask!! Don't be fooled by all the 5 star reviews on other platforms as those can be bought online and applied to their website. They don't even have a place for customers to sit. I had to sign my cars finance agreement outside in the cold. The only time I was invited inside was to pay them the deposit. They claim they sell over 80/90 cars a month Which is very questionable as they always stock less. Again lies to make out they are shifting lots of cars when clearly they not. Take your money elsewhere because once this outfit have your money they won't want to know you.

excellent toilet facility. Was clean enuff to eat my dinner. I did that whilst dropping a log. Very hygenic facility. Pretended I had been caught short and asked them to allow me to use their bog.

I was patiently waiting until the car was ready for me to collect but when I rang the next working day the guy said the car was ‘sold’ responding to I asked for a deposit ? When he never or I would have!!!!! Totally unprofessional and the customer service is DISGUSTING. Save your money or go to an actual dealership.

I reserved a vehicle with these, everything was going all okay until i had a phonecall from my gap insurance so i had to cancel the order due to financial reasons, i had emailed Kieran at 5pm and then first thing the following morning due to them being shut. I then received a phonecall from the delivery driver to say he was on his way but i advised him i had contacted them to cancel the order, i then received a phonecall from the apparent owner of the business who was extremely rude and made out that it was my fault that Kieran was off and no-one was monitoring his emails. I was actually going to come back and get a vehicle as to be fair to Kieran he was spot on but i certainly wont be now. I have requested my deposit back and to confirm that they have contacted the finance company to cancel the agreement but have been ignored several times. This has now been 6 days to since i cancelled the order and have not received any contact or my money back.

Had my new car delivered to Glasgow. Bought a all blacked out A class saloon from here and was very happy with the car.

brought an A35 from these guys and it was really easy. Had the car delivered. Mercedes main dealer messed me around for weeks I order the car here tuesday and was delivered to me at home 8 o clocks wedensday morning. Cant get better.

Don't be fooled by the professional looking website and advertising! This is a grubby little outfit, in a grubby old mill. Don't expect to be able to view a forcourt full of shiny high end motors because there isn't one. Bought a car from this lot recently and I can honestly say it was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. They advertised the car as having a new MOT and new service, it had neither of these. The car was poorly valeted, instead just over polished to hide a multitude scuffs and scratches. I did ask for the car to be inside for viewing and they told me in would be ...... it wasn't......and it was raining....big mistake by me! When I tried to contact them with my concerns I was told a pack of lies and then given a load of verbal abuse by one of the teenager so called sales guys. I finally got a response by the owner Rory, and his response was even worse. Do not expect any after sales support from these people, they just want the money and do not care about their customers. If you choose to deal with this back street outfit, do your diligence, ask to see documents etc, and above all, view the car properly..In the dry! I would definitely not recommend RS Car sales, to anybody... Very poor
