Went to another trader before we approached a car we seen at rs car sales. The way we got treated were worlds apart. Rory really showed us how to treat customers when purchasing our car. The car was perfect and the sale went as smooth as it could have. Really impressed and wish these guys all the best for the hard work that goes into preparing these cars. Entire transaction was smooth and efficient. I was in and out of the place and rory was the easiest person to get hold of albeit busy yet always had time for us. Thanks

Avoid. If your car has a fault they will inevitably blame you or talk their way out of fixing it. Or in my case ignore all calls and emails

RS Car Sales have a very helpful bunch of guys knew a lot about the car and the car was as Rory described, the staff were very helpful will defiantly be returning in the future to purchase my next car

The service I received from RS car sales was nothing but perfect from the moment I pulled up into the industrial estate till the moment I left. My car was in supreme condition just like the rest of their stock there. I was 100% satisfied and I would more than recommend RS car sales.

I am posting this review on behalf of my Son who has Autism. I am his legal appointee and can speak on his behalf. This man RORY of RS Car Sales has taken advantage of my Son who has a registered disability and at best that is disgusting, at worst it is illegal. We are considering our next steps, posting a review to warn others about him and his tactics is our first step, our aim is to protect other consumers from being lied to and protect them. I bought a car from RS CARS IN CREWE 6 weeks ago, what a mistake. Spent £5k on buying the car, since spent over £2k fixing it. Wheels were the wrong size for the car meaning the tyres were rubbing in the wheel arch all the way home from the garage. Called the owner, he washed his hands, full of waffle, and fairly snotty about it. Called him again a week later, when our own garage changed the wheels (and tyres) they found the shock absorbers, brakes and discs had gone too. Guess what, he wasn’t interested in that either. We were told car hadn’t been safe when we bought it, horrifying really as we had a 200 mile journey to get home. Now the passenger door won’t lock, and the car is in BMW today having a new FRM control unit as the dashboard is looking like a disco! Another grand! We had a months warranty from him, but he started by selling us a car which wasn’t safe to be driven, and followed up by refusing to adhere to his own warranty. We’re very out of pocket and wondering what else is wrong with it. MY BEST ADVICE - DON’T BUY A CAR FROM THIS MAN Update post response - like a true second hand car salesman, you really have the gift of the gab don’t you? Unfortunately most of this is total lies, if nothing else if anyone is still considering buying from you they can at least see that you know how you SHOULD have responded to this situation, unfortunately it doesn’t reflect what ACTUALLY happened. My poor Son trusted you, you let him down. Further Update - Oh dear Rory, you really don’t like it when people stand up for themselves do you? I’ve listened to the recording of the latest two phone calls you’ve had with my Son, let me tell you, no professional business man should use such foul language, it’s disgusting. Neither should you resort to such threats either, you can kid yourself you’re a big man but really should you say such things as ‘ you don’t know who you’re dealing with’? These things have a habit of coming back and biting you in your bottom young man. Take the advice of an old and wise lady, take a big deep breath and do something respectable then everyone will feel better about this. By the way, you’re still advertising yourself as ‘5 star’, isn’t that false advertising?

Yes, car salesmen and the ones at RS Car Sales are only polite because they are taking your money,and always have a duty to have the car clean and tidy,but I never see reviews stating had problem with car and he resolved immediately,even after paying 17,655 for car and it’s on the driveway and is not legal to drive on the road because the DPF box has been taken.And that’s are fault!!!!!!
