You can only truly tell what a garage is like And what kind of customer service they offer when there is issues With your car , no issues and I’m sure they will be fine , but god forbid you have an issue , 5 weeks in and our professionally wrapped car of 6 months is unwrapping on our drive in lockdown , RORYS response must be something you have done front and back it’s un wrapping and coming away From the car we have been told it’s not a professional wrap and not been prepared properly before wrapping Rory diagnoses it as our fault before he even sees it and after seeing it says it’ must have had an accident and bumped the curb and the wrap is falling of because of that yes you heard right that’s his response also the screen doesn’t work , washers On drivers side not working and number plate fell off all with in warranty and his response come and pick your car up before I charge you for storage and bill you for my time , 6 weeks in and on a drive The whole time in lockdown the warranty Is 3 months and is refusing to do the work , he is abusive and unhelpful and if you read the bad reviews on this company they are all the same he’s great with no issues but any issues and he doesn’t want to know and immediately blames you , so go spend your money somewhere else this a 20k mistake there are so many other choices out there , there’s no saying what will happen when you get the car home but if it does you will get no help and no warranty and just a load of abuse , and now we have to go to court , please avoid .

I watched the video and saw the video test drive. The car got delivered to me at home as my last car was written off. I don’t really usually write reviews but felt on this occasion having experienced what I would deem above and beyond service I should. Can’t fault car, communication or quality. Very good and in fact very, very easy to have spent £25,000.

Would NOT recommend this company at all, appalling service from start to finish, spoke to in an unprofessional manner, verbally abused over the phone, been lied too and most of all had fraudulent activity down towards our name, disgusted and would stay clear of this company and been left in awful situation due this shocking company! Stay clear otherwise you’ll be treated in a vile manner and spoke to like a piece of dirt
I recently purchased a stunning Mercedes Benz AMG model. The car was in incredible condition when it was delivered by Steve to my home address. The handover was informative and carried out at a distance. Importantly for me the whole process was incredibly simple and took next to no time. There was no pushy hard sell. I paid and bought a car for over £30,000 unseen which is a huge leap of faith.
