i bought a car off Jeff last year, it was moderately priced but it was all my budget allowed for. All seemed well when buying, the usual, only when i got in touch with jeff regarding issues with the car did he turn in to a nightmare. He flat out refused to help after id been to another garage and been quoted a huge bill to rectify the death trap he had sold me(that somehow passed an mot weeks before) he turned in to a rude obnoxious idiot almost instantly. Verbally abusing me via text message as he wouldnt answer the phone. He later blocked me from all communication. After speaking to several people he does this to most people after the deal is done should they complain about issues. I had no option to pay an independant garage a huge bill. I currently have an open case against runarounds of perth with the motor ombudsman. If you have issues with this company i strongly suggest you contact the motor ombudsman and lodge a complaint. Im also certain that jeff was on some sort of drug when he was dealing with me. Very strange and erratic behaviour for an older man. This is the worst car buying experience ive had in my life and i would NOT reccomend this company to even my worst enemy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bought a car from this dealer it was just a car to use to get to my key work during the pandemic to my dismay after only having the car for 25 days it started overheating, a major water and oil leak made the car unsafe to use. On investigation I found out it failed an mot on the second of May with these faults, but miraculous it passed its mot three days later. On approaching Mr Griffiths regarding this he treated me as an idiot with no knowledge of consumer rights he quoted me outdated laws but as he pointed out he had 28 years experience in motor industry and knew it inside out. He may have thought he could intimidate me into submission but no way have passed the case to the appropriate ombudsman and if still no resolution I will take the dealership to the simple procedures court. Had an independent inspection of car carried out and it is not roadworthy the most expensive transport cost £500 for 25 days that is £20 a day and I did not even use the car everyday.

AVOID.....AVOID....AVOUD, do not buy any cars from this guy, he sells cars with dodgy MOT's since u got the car home I went to him about a fast oil leak, his reply oil leaks can happen at any money t but he would get it sorted, until all the running around here and there, went to a garage he sent me to and ask for grant, I spoke to grant, he phoned jeff (a little dispute I noticed while waiting) grant comes to me and said he is now saying he said no such thing when grant remembers me from being there before says jeff is no longer dealing with this, you can not get a MOT if it has a fast oil leak, he then starts shouting and swearing at me, I will never deal with this man again, nor will I ever reccomend him to anyone, this was the 11th of june 2020 he decided he would not deal with me, keeps you hanging until the 6 months is up then he starts to get nasty, jeff is not professional at all, I trusted and believed this sales man now I have no faith at all

Bought my wee kia picanto from Jeff at rounarounds of perth 2 years ago. Full mot. Mileage 20,000 passed two mots. It was immaculate. Still have it now on 21,000. I am a lazy driver. Dropping my son off a school etc. This was a brilliant buy. He also took my old fiesta in and gave me a years warranty. Top man. Hope your business is still growing strong. My mot only failed the other day due to a tyre. Keep doing what you do x If i need another car, i will straight to you Sorry I did not put up a review when i bought it. Just bought a Vauxhall Corsa at runarounds of perth and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality second hand car! I paid for the car and Jeff insisted I brought car back to repair a small tear on driver seat and even gave me a courtesy car till it was done! Perth is lucky to have a business like this!!

the salesman was unbelievably rude and obnoxious, I asked him why I couldn’t check the mot history as it wasn’t recognising the registration on Mot check website. This was my reply. " Car,s available just in remember it’s a £600 not a £6000 car?". I replied and asked why can't you answer my question. This is the reply I got. " What i am telling you is that the car is a £600 car and won’t be perfect if it lasts you the year result then you can scrap the car and get £100 recycle cash back so great car for a year at £500 divided by 365 days means the car cost you only £1.36 a day to buy your milk for your tea’s dearer if you don’t understand this reply get the bus."
