Reserved a car with £500 deposit which I was told was fully refundable if I changed my mind for any reason. Changed my mind and they refuse the refund. Legal action underway.

They sold me a broken car and demanded I could not get a refund. They have threatened me and I have no option now to go down a legal route. They are a bunch of children in adult bodies, they have no empathy and do not care about anything other than getting their money. No one seems to know who is the manager and who can help sort out issues you may have. Avoidddd

Terrible after sales care. Look at reviews on Runnymede motors Datchet as that is where all car servicing takes place and reviews are very bad. Lied to about fixing a fault and then had to pay to get it fixed elsewhere despite having told them exactly what the problem was and out diagnosis was correct. Asked several times for the business owner to contact me to discuss the issue and emailed complaints email but just been ignored.

Friendly and helpful staff, car was exactly as advertised, perfectly valeted. Everything sorted out smoothly on day of collection with Ibby.
