Good and bad experience here . Firstly everything seemed great the lady on the phone was the plus point of the whole deal .she was very nice and professional. I had a deal accepted by myself and the garage for car to be delivered I had to haggle to get car in price...and the last thing I said was 4500 delivered ..yes ..which they replied I can do that ...I was using a finance company so I got of phone sorted finance company and they paid them in 15 minutes .I thought everything was done and waiting to speak to the garage in the morning ...but to my disappointment I received a wats app saying when am I going to pay 150 for delivery ???? I'm not sure weather this was a ploy to try and get more money from me or a mistake by the salesman saying yes and the boss saying no ......but in my book a agreement is a agreement ??? thankfully I use the best finance company ever (first response) and they cancelled the deal straight away .I am never being bullied in to paying anything even if just £150 .....please just get everything in writing .I'm glad it didn't go ahead as now got a way better car and after sales else where .also why are some garage's still trying to charge full price for delivery!!! When most are doing free in these hard times .I didn't try and knock anything of car just wanted it delivered .
