The second car I have brought from Russell and the whole dal was brilliant. No sales pressure, Very helpful and sound advice. Did a service before collect at no extra charge and all vehicles come with a 6 month warrantee. When I picked the car up it have been completely valeted. Highly recommended company.

We purchased a Discovery Sport 2015 HSE last year and the service was fantastic, very genuine seller and knowledgeable, hassle free and the car has been fantastic, will definitely buy from this dealer in the future

Purchased a vehicle remotely from Russell and had it shipped for £16,890, was told "It is very rust free for age,a tiny patch of paint bubbling on O/S sill in front of rear wheel not through paint. MOT test inspects underneath for any corrosion issue’s." MOT test passed but once the car was imported, the car was rejected by the entry certifier with over 16 failed items! The most serious of which is the rust from the car (refer to pictures). What I don't get is how MOT passed the car when even the most basic of all of these (lights) are not working? My conclusion is he worked worked with Evans Garage LTD to fake the MOT test, once confronted, proceeded to block me, do not trust anything that this man says, he should have his trading license revoked!

Bought a vehicle that failed MOT prior to me receiving- failed on an excessive oil leak engine. Wasn’t fixed just patched up and sold to me. Been left with no car, about to give birth and refusing to refund me. They have possession of my car

Once situation was made clear to us and vehicle returned,refund was issued immediately,although we could of repaired and returned to customer.
We will not go into details as we respect privacy of customers.

Russell French is one of the kindest most patient and helpful car dealers we have ever dealt with.
We viewed and chose a car. Russell waited a long time for us to purchase vehicle. On day of purchase we got lost and he helped us to find his dealership. He had done everything required to the vehicle prior to purchase as promised. Can’t fault him. Would recommend to family and friends without hesitation. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from him.

I bought a VW Transporter from this dealership back in April. The service was a really good and the bloke who dealt with me was a really nice bloke. Only issue it that I am with out a spare key but other than that I have no complaints at all and I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
