Great company to deal with, very helpful and took the stress out of buying a car. I purchased a seat Ibiza for my daughter and she loves it to bits, she come from a Toyota Aygo so is made up with the upgrade. Dean is a cracking fella and I can't thank him enough he is absolutely brilliant. I will recommend to everybody and come back down to RW any time I or the family need a new car.

It was actually pretty scary buying a new car, I am young and I wanted a Golf GTI which I know is an expensive car so I did need help along the way, Dean is such a good lad, he was bang on with everything. Everything he told me is right, he never tried to over sell or tell me things about the car that wasn't true. He helped me through it all and explained everything to me really clearly he made sure I understood everything and was 100% happy before I agreed to buy the car. He showed me all the bits and bobs and took his time to give me an in-depth demo and drive of the car he was amazing with me. There was no rush for me for a decision and he didn't put it on thick. I will 100% be coming back to Dean when I want a new car, he is the best dealer I've ever met.

Highly professional and polite dealership, everybody I came across was more than willing to help and made me feel at ease when buying my new car. I went for a SEAT Leon FR and I'm very pleased with it, its in immaculate condition and was pristine clean when I got it. I'm very happy over-all and in a year or so I will be back to swap for something new, I have definitely found my go to dealership.

I purchased a Renault Clio for my daughter recently, its her first car and she's over the moon with it, it is perfect little motor for a first time driver, nice and small, easy to drive and park, and cheap enough to run and maintain. The customer service was nothing short of perfect, they couldn't have done anymore for us if they tried, nothing was too much bother and they certainly went above and beyond with everything they did. Whether is a first car or a high end car your looking for they have a great selection of cars all in great condition.

RW must be doing something right, I keep coming back every time I want a new car. I have used these for a few years now and my most recent purchase is a Audi SQ5, its a fantastic car, I'm thoroughly enjoying it! The customer service is always 100%, the staff are attentive, helpful and highly knowledgeable. I can't complain and would always recommend RW Sports & Prestige to anybody wanting a good quality second hand car!

Guest Reviewerricardo oliveira in cf119af - 18 Oct 21good afternoon, i bought a car at this stand. before buying the car i informed that the last mot was mentioned that the front shock absorbers were losing fluid. i spoke to the seller and he told me he would resolve the situation. on the day i went to pick up the car, the seller convinced with a new mot, made the day before (09/14/2021), that everything was resolved. after taking the car to audi (15/09/2021) due to the feeling of very unstable driving, it was verified that the shock absorbers were not changed and continued to lose fluid. i contacted the seller where he made an offer for 300 and that i pay the rest. next buyers, pay attention because even the oil filter was fully expressed... all these situations i have photos to prove

Brilliant car dealership Purchased an Audi A5, friendly staff and excellent customer service.
Travelled 300 miles to buy a Mazda 3 and TBH, when we arrived, we weren`t too happy with the state of the car. It needed a valet, a NAV disc one or two paint chips needing repair. I was ready to walk but the boss stepped in right away with a substantial discount to take care of all the anomalies. Ray and Dean were very pleasant and great to deal with. The NAV disc didn`t arrive from the original seller so they called me. I said I could get one from Amazon and he immediately transferred the cost. That`s superb customer service. Reading lots of reviews on the garage I thought.....too many great reviews, so half will be made up, but now having dealt with the lads, I can see why. I would never normally recommend a car dealer as I`ve came accross plenty cowboys in my 40 years of driving, but have to say, buy from these guys. If you read this guys, then thanks. It was a pleasure doing business with you. Sadly, I can only give 4 stars as the car wasn`t ready for me.
Recently part exchanged my car here for a rangerover evoque. They gave a good price for my pc and made the process hassle free taking care of my existing finance and putting a new finance agreement in place. Very knowledgeable staff and they made the whole process very easy. Would definitely recommend.
