My son bought a car off this garage in July with a 3 month warranty. This warranty isn't worth anything just like the words that come out of their mouths. All my calls go to voicemail and when I got through they would put me on hold then hang up. Disgusting service, avoid this place at all costs

I purchased my Audi RS4 from this dealer. Everything was perfect they also delivered the car free of charge Thanks guys
Dishonest/Unprofessional/rude/deluded/shabby place with unprepared cars. By mistake i was taken by wording on the adverts such as pristine and deposited £18k for a car. Before my visit to see the car, the car was as if it been locked in a barn for many years.. Nevertheless it took them almost 4 weeks to pay me back with a deduction aswell, wouldn't not pick phone constant badgering and acting cocky and rude over the phone. Worst experience ever and Im 51 years old never again.. Stay away, please do go and visit and see other negative comments youll be shocked but truthful.. Not FCA APPROVED OR MOTOR OMBUDSMAN, THEY HAVE CLEAR GUIDELINES OF WHAT YOUR STEPPING INTO.. SAY AWAY IN MY OPINION..
